It is one thing to abide by the law and another to be highly inconsiderate to customers just because the employees and managers have an internal conflict and can't communicate with each other.

This happened on a cold Saturday afternoon when we walked in with my pet golden retriever, the staff at the entrance was really nice and showed us a nice booth to get a seat. We order our beers and food (which never showed up anyway), the manager walks to us and says I like dogs but you cannot be seated here. We agreed to go outside if he’d help us find a heated section but he didn’t really do much except to ask us to find a spot next to fire pit (was only one spot and already taken). Our server finds us outside when he got the food and said we could be seated inside as they allow dogs to be indoors. Few minutes later, the manager shows up again and asks us to immediately go out as he said their policy doesn’t allow pets inside. We told him that your server said we could sit inside and they were fine with our pet but he started getting rude and emphasised he’s the general manager and we had no choice but to go out. We said we’d like to leave and he was happy with that. To just add, we also saw a couple of dogs on other indoor tables at the same time. Not sure why you’d have so much arrogance and lack of respect. If you did not communicate your policy about pets internally, you can make an exception instead of throwing people out while they are about to start eating.

excellent beer ... no doubt. Food was good, not totally German authentic good, but very well made. What was a letdown is the atmosphere of the place at 6pm on a Saturday. Had a guy playing guitar and he was talented ... just too loud. Most tables were there to chat and such ... some getting ready for the Charlotte FC game, others (like our table) catching up over some drinks and food. Even a ouple tables around us cheered among themselves when the guitar player announced he was taking a break. Again, the guitar playter was excellent ... just too loud for 6pm ... maybe better suited for after 9pm.

Call Taffer and Ramsay asap.Table of 8 at 5pm on SaturdayWhen the apps hit the table before the drinks it’s a bar/kitchen nightmarebeer flights mislabeled or with the wrong beers in the flights server was unable to correctly identify them so we were forced to wait until they were corrected at the bar-25mins later the correct beers started to come to table, 1 dinner staggered out the kitchen before we were told 1/2 of the items we ordered were no longer available, had to reorder.Not a fun experience.

Loved this place. Great beer options, good menu. Only negative, imo, was the live music made it impossible to talk with friends. Dont know a solution. Entertainment is a nice touch. Maybe they can tone it down a notch? Or start it later in the evening ? We were there at 6pm on a saturday.
