I did the drive thru I ordered number 5 she didn't ask what drink or anything she was just like OK.... Just rude no type of customer service I get to the window it's a guy taking my money but he doesn't even say how much and she didn't either he just sitting there I just look at him like... Than he finally gave me the price I will not be coming back I see why it looks like a Ghost Town now smh

Don't eat here.i order a 5.99 meal 3piece and small fries and small drink.the worst service ever.i received 3 buffalo sauce from the window and no drink.small fries had about 10 fries.went back to complain guy was ok give my fries ? and drink.Thanks but I'm not returning there.Sunset treat blacks wrongful and we still keep them in business.sure to my friend...rip I still love you. But nor the Dennys or any of you business will not receive my money .

Nobody answered the drive through ordering box after we waited for quite some time and three people including us left without ordering in the drive through since nobody answered, so we tried to go into the dine in area and the doors were locked..I'd assumed they were closed but people were in the drive through at the windows paying and receiving food. I guess the folks working there really wanted to make it clear that they didn't want to serve any other customers that day at 3:30 PM. Seems like something to note in case the franchise owner wonders why sales are down...

They were so rude and nasty for no reason. I asked for fresh fries because the ones they gave me were super hard and burnt. The girl in the drive thru gave me an evil look and attitude. Took the fries and never came back i waited 15 additional minutes. She need to be fired for bad service.

This is the worst Hardee's I've ever visited. The staff don't wear name tags so I don't know her name but the older woman that has dread locks has a very nasty attitude. If something is missing she smacks her lips and turn her face in disgust. She rushes you to order and still get mad if your order is incorrect. I spent $18.15 this morning and my grits full of water so I didn't eat them, they forgot my jelly and when I went to ask for that I got attitude, now keep in mind I wasn't being nasty with them it was yes ma'am and thank you and people make mistakes. But this isn't the first time but most definitely the last. Lastly I didn't receive my orange juice so I went to the window a second time and that's when I received the lip smacking and eye rolling and turnt up face. My response was you need to fix your attitude and walked off. I truly believe she is a manager but whatever her position may be if you don't like your job change it, and I'm spending my hard earned money for poor customer service and food not properly served/cooked and we do have choices so I choose to not spend another penny at the Hardee's on Sunset Dr in Charlotte, NC. I have to press a star to post but thats a No rating for me!!!

Yesterday around 2pm I ordered a grilled chicken deluxe combo and a cinnamon roll when I opened my bag after I had gotten back on the highway I had a fried chicken deluxe and no cinnamon roll. I was highly upset with the service.
I ordered a combo. The fries were crumbly and not hot. The fries were like they had been sitting for a while. My burger was ok.

had the Philly wrap. nothing like the picture advertised. no egg or peppers seen. had to toss about a fourth of the wrap with contained nothing. never again.
