Let me first say, I love this restaurant.HOWEVER, our last few visits have been piss poor food quality, customer service, and overall experience.The staff appears to be young and incompetent of taking the family business seriously.Mind you I have visited sparsely due to ill-service. On these occasions the rice has been excessively oily. The bean servings are more pot liquor than anything else. I have to add my own beans when I get to the house.Then today was the icing on the cake when a coworker of mine had to return the food because of a minor error of the side. The staff refused to switch out the beans for the innocent mistake along with refusing to refund her money in whole after not providing decent customer service.Needless to say, my family and colleagues won’t be supporting your business unless we see the owners are present.
Clean store front. Happy staff and seriously INCREDIBLE food. Especially for the price. Kinda blown away. Would’ve taken a picture of my plate but it’s already wiped clean! Delicious! Will be a weekly stop for sure.

I love the spot! It’s so wonderful that a Colombian restaurant would be intentional about serving the vegan community. My favorites are the vegan empanadas and the vegan Dorian bowl. They also have a couple of vegan dessert dishes which is very hard to come by in Latin restaurants that sell traditional food. Thank you for your intention to serve the Charlotte Vegan community.
