This was a very unpleasant experience. Went with a group of classmates, the lady who took our order was overly rude. My order was wrong TWICE and she acted as if I was the issue. I clearly showed her my receipt and she continued to raise her voice with me in front of all her customers. Food was rushed and very little for the price. I hate to think it was a racial profile experience but she greeted and thanked everyone else besides our group.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. A party of 8 dined in today during lunch hours. The cashier lady was very disrespectful. We were rushed to get incomplete orders from the hot bar.. we were yelled at numerous of times and no one’s order was correct. A $18 uncooked entree is insane. We wanted to support our neighborhood hibachi but never again. Horrible just like others said. My plate only got 8 small pieces or Chicken teriyaki and a point of Rice for 11.99 major rip off. They didn't even put teriyaki on the chicken. Apparently you pay 11.99 for rice. BUYER BEWARE go to the soul food restaurant next door way better.
