The only good thing I have to say is that the manager was very nice and handled my problem with ease. However the Hosts do eat on the tables to the side and scream across the restaurant.

This place was miserable. Host was miserable. Host walked up to the stand and said “two?” Grabbed the menus and silverware then answered the phone. Another server came over, grabbed the menus and silverware from the host as she was still on the phone, and said “this way” and sat us at our table. The server came over and was miserable. Didn’t say hello, or anything — straight asked us what we want to drink. Brought out waters a few minutes later and immediately walked away again. No one smiled. No one greeted us. It was extremely unpleasant. I didn’t even think twice. I got up and left. Will not patronize places that are just…..miserable.

Nachos were not good. I asked for grilled chicken to be added & I got bbq chicken. Chili was plopped on top & only in the middle.Shrimp tacos were dry & tastelessOur server was very slow & inattentive. We waited for refills for tea way too long.

My husband and I found this place near our hotel. We went on a Friday night which I think was karaoke night. It was a great time and food was excellent. We liked the staff and atmosphere that we returned on Saturday on a game day. The place was full of fans and great energy. Again food was great. Chicken wings is our thing.

Visiting the area for work and this place came highly recommended. Pretzel bites were amazing. My burger was decent but had zero spiciness despite being topped with spicy aioli and jalapenos. Service was average, but it was busy while we were there.
Ordered Citrus Grilled Shrimp Wrap and ended up getting sent a wrap with some type of meat, unsure. Normally, this place is really good and accurate, don't know what happened this time.
Served us our food but we had to wait several minutes to receive our silverware.The food ended up being good.The customer restrooms were out of soap and paper towels. Does that mean the employees can’t properly wash their hands?I would assume there is a sink or two in the kitchen area. But, not providing those for your customers is not a good look for a restaurant.
