Would have given the food 5 stars but this was my first year having the smoked Turkey and I can promise you we will not be ordering that again. It does not meet the standards of your quality that I have grown to love. I could have ordered sliced Turkey from my local store. Nevertheless, I'll be back Easter weekend for my Honey Baked Ham!

Order: honey ham, Mac and cheese, green bean casserole, loaded mashed potatoesThis year for Christmas I wasn't in the mood to cook so I ordered from Honey Baked. I've only had the ham before from here and wasn't sure about the side items. After reading several reviews I decided to move forward with the order. To my surprise most of the side items were really good. My favorite was the Mac and cheese. I'm not even a fan of Mac and cheese and hardly eat it at parties/events but this one was good. My other favorite was the green bean casserole. None of the side items were overly salty, which was something I worried about. The ham this year was on the contrary. It was sliced too thick and saltier than normal for me. Overall a good experience. Will order more items in the future. PS I forgot to take pictures. ::sad face::

Every year, I get a little help from Honeybaked Ham for Thanksgiving. This year I went to a different location than my normal Pineville-Matthews Rd shop. That was a mistake. The Woodlawn shop was a calamity of confusion at best. The pre-paid line is clearly marked, yet the individual guarding the door refused to acknowledge it's existence, insisting that anyone could use any line. Another employee inside corrected them, but she would not budge, going so far as to physically grab my arm to remove me from the line! I do not believe in causing a scene so I did as she asked and went back to the back of the single disorderly line and waited a 2nd time for my pre-paid food. All the while, we are treated to the delightful door guard's cigarette smoke to keep us company. Inside, it is discovered that many items have run out, even those that have already been paid for! Definitely a memorable visit, but for all the wrong reasons. I will stick to my old faithful location from now on.
