Very bad service, it was dirty, there were ants and cockroaches, it took 2 hours to bring the food and they gave us spoiled food, finally the workers were racist and despite arriving first they served us 40 minutes later.

Every time I come here I am left standing at the door for at least 10 minutes. When there is hardly anyone in here. Then when I’m ready to pay again wait wait wait. I noticed other people leaving due to lack of service. And long wait for food. The waitress just standing around. The worst ihop in the country. Fix this or close

This place was great, the waiter was the best I have ever witnessed. I wish I knew his name, our food was correct, short wait time, very friendly atmosphere. The waiter we had was getting ready to clock out and we told him to go ahead, he didn't have to stay with us, he replied, I'll be here until you leave. He also was very fast on getting our drinks, syrup, anything we needed. He said I'll be back in 30 seconds, I don't think it was 30 seconds. Wonderful time.

Ordered online and picked up at time, we love fajitas in ihop, with a sides of extra crispy hash browns. And this time we ordered chocolate chip chocolate pancakes ?, they were really good with lots of chocolate and chips. Also ordered cinnamon balls with the dip of cheese, (also had a option of caramel dip) they tasted good too, very similar to Taco Bell cinnamon balls but they got their taste.

This has to be the worst dining experience ever. The wait to get our food was over an hour long. When the food was brought out, food items were brought out all at different times. I was brought the check before I even received my last food item. Save your time and go elsewhere!!!

The welcoming atmosphere of this location in addition to the cupcake pancakes was absolutely heart warming. I just know that if I fell asleep here, they would take care of me and give me a pancake blanket. Definitely coming back!

Service was fast and great. Food, on the other hand, was not. Eggs were still raw, grainy texture, didn't look fresh or even real. French toast was slimey and honestly disgusting. Bacon was cold and didn't taste right. The only thing truly edible was the pancakes and the sausage. I got the split decision breakfast, BTW. Also, the orange juice tasted like water. The bathroom was gross and unclean. I've been to this place before, and it honestly hasn't gotten better. My bfs omelet was also somewhat raw. The topings were just thrown on top instead of being inside like it was supposed to be. I probably will not be going here again.

Always short of staff. I understand that there is a shortage of staff and we were very patient with the only staff available. The bacon temptation omelette was missing tomatoes. Three cheese and bacon omelette was missing cherry tomatoes. I hope there is no shortage of food items at this location. This place is simply throwing whatever is available on a plate instead of actually putting items according to the menu but still charging the same. Better look for a different iHop location where the food is at least good and according to the menu.Service is very slow. Food is good and that is why there is a queue mostly in the morning. Chicken fajita omelette is good. Portions are sufficient and mostly include pancakes.
