Our Raphael pizza was an excellent choice. Our son, who lives in Charlotte, took us here tonight and chose the pizza. He says he has ordered several before but definitely prefers this one. Service was excellent - prompt, quick, friendly, helpful - are all terms I would use. The food (pizza and a Caesar salad) was delicious. The soft crust was good all the way to the end.

I was recommended this spot as a go to for cannolis, and I finally got the chance to try it out! I ordered the margherita pizza and a plain cannoli. The pizza was a little soupy on top and the bottom could've been cooked a tiny bit longer, but it still had good flavor. Also, their small pizza is quite big and could probably feed two people no problem!The cannoli was fantastic though. The shell had a nice crunch to it and it wasn't soggy at all. This is probably due to the fact that they are filling these to order. The filling was perfect, and if I hadn't mixed up the plain and the chocolate chip, then I would've gotten the chocolate chip cannoli. However, the plain was still great but the chocolate chips would've made it even better. If you are looking to sit down and eat or grab some cannolis to go, I would check this place out to see what you think.

Inizio is one of my favorite all time pizzas. A group of friends and I went recently for a birthday dinner and had some of the best service I have ever had! The kind gentleman took great care of us and brought us cannolis and gelato at the end of the meal for the birthday girl. All around a great night and establishment!

It's hard to mess up a pizza but also hard to make one stand out. This place STANDS OUT. Their pizza has been on my mind since we got takeout while we were visiting. It's making me try to find reasons to go back to Charlotte so I can come back. Love this place. Marina and vodka pizza with the dipping sauce and a salad. It made the perfect date night

After a day of travel, arriving in Charlotte left us famished. The pizza here satisfied our hunger perfectly. Though basic, it met all the expectations of a good pizza, and the extra marinara sauce was a delightful bonus. The service was exceptionally friendly!

I came here after a recommendation to try their pistachio pesto pizza. Omg this was soooo good. I added salami to it and it was perfect. Loved the flavors together. Hubby got the Bianca which is just a white pizza with basil. I thought that was flavorless... but he liked it. I like how they serve beer in a frosted glass. The interior is nothing. Just picnic tables and a plain dark cement floor. It's very possible that you may have to share a table with people you don't know. You can see the kitchen as if they are in the same room with you. They had 2 cashiers working. They do not sell pizza by the slice and you CANNOT have 1/2 of the pizza one way and the other 1/2 another way like you can at most pizza joints when purchasing a whole pizza. They have you take a number to your table after ordering at the counter. Then they look for you and hand you the order. We also ordered the gelato but this was runny and I wouldn't order it again. Open until 9:30pm Sun - Th, 10:30pm Fri - Sat.

Have eaten here twice and it is by far the best pizza I have ever had. The crust isn't too thick and all the ingredients are fresh and too notch! I don't live in Charlotte but you better believe this is a must stop place when I visit the city!
