Of all the Jersey Mike's locations I've been to, this one always seems to have the best service. Everyone always seems to be pretty upbeat and greet you with a smile and a hello when you walk in. The service is always great and the bread is always fresh.

I went to JM on 2-26-24. The NEW manager, Chandler, was so cute, up beat & engaging. I asked him "Did he teach Dale Carnegie classes on the side"? He chuckled and I was so surprised that he actually knew who Dale Carnegie was. He said this was his SECOND DAY WORKING AT THIS LOCATION! He tagged teamed with Carter, a very handsome red head, who I also found to be an exceptional, with his "sincere banter" and "witty conversation". Pulling up the rear, was Dakota, taking care of food prep.I was going to take my sandwiches to go, but decided to hang out & enjoy the show. I have been self employed in Charlotte for 40 years & having hired 100's of young people, I was incredibly impressed with this 3. They were responsible & proud to be there, they were funny & engaging, they "UP SOLD ME EFFORTLESSLY", they worked as a team, each knew his job & yet they were interchangeable, I could go on, BUT THE HIGHEST COMPLIMENT I CAN GIVE IS THE 3 YOUNG MEN ARE THE KIND OF GUYS YOU WANT YOUR DAUGHTER TO DATE!!! Really disappointed with this location. Other JMs are usually so good. This group…whew. I don’t get it. Today I ordered 2 sandwiches from the app at 1 pm. So not directly in the middle of lunch rush. The app said ready in 30 mins, and I thought that surely that could not be right for just 2 sandwiches. So I drive there (about 10 mins later) and yup, the manager behind the counter tells me it will be another 25 mins because we, quote, “we are really backed up”!!! What? Stop it. You are a sandwich shop. This is what you do. Zero excuses. DO NOT encourage use of the app and then punish us for actually using it. And there were only 4 people on line when I got there. If I had jumped in line they would have definitely had me out of there in 10 mins. But you’re going to punish me for placing an app order? For 2 cold deli sandwiches?? And whoever the manager was with the visor covering her eyes…whoever you are, you need training on how to deal with customers pleasantly. You don’t just get to say oops sorry, that’ll be 25 mins til you get your sandwich. Just ridiculous. Will NOT be be going to the Johnston Rd, Charlotte NC location.

Brendan and Dakota were absolutely Fabolous today! Eventhough they were completely busy they still were able to bang out 10 orders while I was there..So thankful for their help today!!

Love this place!!! I come here for lunch occasionally now and the staff are always super nice and ask me how my day is going, etc. The vibe is friendly and upbeat. And of course, their subs are perfect every single time. I get the #8 Club every single time and it's SO GOOD that I literally never tire of it! Fantastic service and great food. This location is top notch. Clean and comfortable dining room and a great selection of chips and soft drinks. The staff really make this location great. I like a lot of different subs, but today I had the Chicken Philly. It was perfect. A huge shoutout to everyone working today. Stopping in was the highlight of my day.

The customer service here was terrible, everyone that worked there ignored me when I walked in. After starring at them for how ever long I then start ordering my sandwich and all I got was attitude, as if I was bothering them for coming in. To say the least this was the most uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant.
