My husband and I first discovered Jets pizza when living in Texas. I love the pizza, but man.... this customer service is THE WORST I have EVER experienced ANYWHERE. I placed an order for an XLarge Pizza, 2 salads, & a bottle of ranch on November 5th around 430 / 5 pm. My husband picked it up on the way home from work and I open everything and I'm missing one of the two salads and the bottle of ranch. -no big deal at all, mistakes happen. I called the store and simply said "Hi I placed an order for these items blah blah blah, I'm missing one of the two salads I ordered and the bottle of ranch. I'd just like to be refunded please." The woman on the line asks for my name to pull the order up. (With an attitude, from the jump.) She pulls the order up and says "what were you missing?" I repeated myself by saying "one of the two salads and a bottle of ranch." Her response though, again with attitude.... "I packed that order myself so it was definitely in there in the bag." I said, " No, it wasn't which is why I'm calling. I received ONE of the two salads, but I'm missing the other and then the ranch bottle." She says, "hold on." and puts me on hold. Mind you - during this time, I'm dishing out my family's plates not making any food for myself yet because I wanted to quickly get this taken care of. Missing items means refund or credit, right? I was just wanting to sit down and eat in peace. My total time on hold was over 25 min when I decided to keep that line going and call from my husband's phone. The same woman answered and asked if the order was for delivery or pick up. I simply just said that I needed to speak with a manager. She says, "I am the manager." I said, "okay, then why am I on hold for over 20min when I'm just trying to get a refund for my missing items." She condescendingly says, "I understand that you're upset over not having your salad or bottle of ranch, but we are short staffed, I'm the only person up front, and had a full lobby and we don't do refunds." I quickly told her I'm not upset over the bottle of ranch or salad, I'm upset with the customer service that came along with it and if they don't do refunds, why didn't she tell me before she put me on hold for over 20 minutes? She mentioned something about me not being patient and that's where I got really frustrated and told her that over 20 min on hold is more than patient & that dealing with this was preventing me from sitting down and eating dinner with my family. Before I could even finish saying all that. She hung up on me. I called back and she had someone another woman answer the phone. I politely asked for the name of the manager working. She was hesitant. I could tell she didn't know what to do. Next thing you know, I'm on hold and she hangs up. I call back again. Now a man answers. Same thing - politely asked for the name of the manager and got hung up on. That's when I called the store in Huntersville. Found out they are owned by the same people and I WILL be getting in touch with someone higher to speak about this matter. As a previous manager of several different large restaurants, this is completely unacceptable. At the bare minimum, I would like my money back for the missing items.

This was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ordered my pizza using Jets pizza website. It was to arrive by 4:42. When it dis not arrive by 5:00, I called and as I was waiting to see if it was out for delivery Amazon rang my doorbell. I went to get my package and noticed my pizza sitting outside on my porch. I do not know how long it was out there. No one knocked on my door or rung the doorbell. When I opened the pizza box it was cold and hard. When the girl came back to the phone I told her of the situation and she told me it was nothing that could be as they use DoorDash for deliveries. I kindly told her I did not order with door dash, I ordered with Jets. She proceeded to tell me it was nothing they could do. I also contacted headquarters and was given the run around with no solution or care. Very bad experience.

Detroit style pizza on Detroit Lions game day... couldn't get better than this. The pizza was great! The establishment was clean and friendly employees and the best part was the pizza was ready before our pick up time. Just look at the smile on his face lol.

I’m not a first time customer. I order regularly. Customer service today was actually horrendous. The young girl got smart and We had words back and forth. My question is you need to explain facts to people, the reason why I get the same thing every time I order. I learned today that it’s higher when you order from the app , when you order directly in stop it’s cheaper. The app makes you think you’re saving $5.00. When you order in store it’s cheaper, All those facts need to be stated , so it’s no confusing or disrespect from your cashier. She’s young with very poor customer service skills.

My favorite pizza spot. Can't believe I've been in Charlotte for over 10 years and I'm just recently finding out about this place . I absolutely love the 4 corners chicken bacon ranch pizza . It's always cooked perfectly with the right amount of crunch. I always get the wings as well . We never had a bad experience at this location. It's our go to when we want pizza. 10/10 would recommend!!

Customer service at this location is horrendous. Poor customer service can actually mess with your business. People don't care how good your food is , they like to be treated with dignity. You got these young inexperienced people working that love to go back and forth with you. Misleading when you're ordering from app they tell you getting a discount , when you go inside location to order same pizza is cheaper. I feel like a customer should be able to ask a question without your cashier being rude to them. After reading reviews , I see multiple posts about poor customer service.
