The food maybe great but the morale sucks.The manager is two faced and will be your friend one moment and then disregard you the next. She is infamous for terminating without reason. She will also find reasons to terminate if you give notice as well.Do not give this store your time of day. The manager needs to leave and probably get a job that doesn’t involve disrupting peoples lives.Also, Susan it’s sandwich’s. Not a career.Dietary restrictions: Not great with cross contamination.

Lady there was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. There was nobody in the store they weren't even busy but immediately acted like we were inconveniencing them just for walking in. Gave sarcastic answers when asked questions about the menu. Worst service I've ever had. It felt like the lady had a personal vendetta against me lol. Never going back hope she finds a new profession. If I could zero stars this place I would.

Johnathan's Deli has done it again. The Salami Mozzarella Pesto sandwich had me skipping to my whip and humming the theme song from Super Mario Brothers 2! Mamma Mia!

Ordered a sub via the mobile app and did not receive the requested additions to the sub. It is clearly printed on my receipt. This normally wouldn't bother me, but this location has consistently not made our orders correct when ordering for a small grocery of three in our office. It's unfortunate that you pay an outrageous delivery fee and then get asked to give a tip. This is why I don't like tipping anymore with this location! JJ's just isn't what it used to be.

I walked in to order my food some guy with green hair made my sandwich he wrapped it up and just put it on the counter no bag then he forgot my pickle I had no napkins I just couldn't understand why the rush when there was no one in the store the same gloves he had on to take my order he used to make my sandwich I have had better service and that's why I drive 35 minutes to get it

Holy moly! They go out of their way- literally! Mistakenly entered my address as East instead of West, so my food went to the wrong place. Not only did they remake my food, but they still brought me my food even though they don’t serve this area! I would give them 6 stars if I could! And the food was delicious and perfectly prepared. Great job!

This is by far the slowest Jimmy John’s I have ever been to. Visibly watched the staff make 6 sandwiches in front of our orders when we were the only patrons in store. I'm now firmly cemented as a Jersey Mike's person.
