Do not order from this location, they are not freaky fast, they are not even kind of fast, I waited two hours and never received my order and when I called they tried to blame my neighbors for stealing my lunch.I will never order from here again.

Where’s the beef? Seems as though a $9.00 sandwich should have a bit more meat. No shortage of bread. 2 tiny napkins for 2 people to eat? Asked girl working there if they put mayo packets in the bag? Oh ya, we did that. None in the bag. Running out of JJ’s. Last time we ordered from Ballantyne and a sandwich was missing. It has to be this area. Pittsburgh stores have better quality control. So here is your tip: Don’t eat the yellow snow.

To be honest i really enjoy Jimmy Johns. However while driving home on 485 inner loop i was in right lane and another vehicle was in the lane next to me. I motorcycle zoomed past me using the space between my car and the car next to me. I jerked my car to right off the road as i was so startled by the motorcycled zooming past. I watched him speed off down the road in heavy traffic weaving in and out and between other cars. What really gets me was that he is a Jimmy John delivery guy as noted by the big metal box on the back of his cycle and Jimmy John logos. I got off at Rae Road and was able to witness him at top of exit and zoom off towards the Jimmy location on Rae road. So i called the store and was told by the girl who answered that they couldn't do anything about it.
Brand new store... The staff is amazing, just awesome...
