At some point it’s just on me to learn my lesson and not go back, but this place gets my order wrong over half the time. I went twice in a row and both times they forgot to put meat or cheese on my sandwich, then this time they didn’t put any toppings or veggies. Every time I walk in there people are just spaced out and don’t say a word to you and just hand you your bag and go back to looking at their phone. Super strange place.

I was having lunch with my daughter at her school at 11:25 and put an order in over the mobile app for 11:15 pickup. However I wanted to add a sandwich so I went to the store at 11:00 a.m. like right when they open. not only were my sandwiches ordered through the app ready at 11: 00. the store and staff were ready and polite when I ordered my additional sandwich. Top notch service!

The last few times I ordered the bread was hard. Placed an order online on 1/2/24 at 8:30pm never received my food. On 1/3/24 went into the restaurant to order at 8:35 and they stated they were closing, however they are not suppose to close until 9pm. This is bad business & this is my last time using this location for anything.

This place was awful. I was the it one in there and they didn’t acknowledge me. They didn’t give me my cup after ordering a drink. They didn’t say one word to me. The service was awful. I’ll never go back.

Viewed hours before going . Hours clearly show 9:00 pm closing. Showed up at 7:50 with doors locked. Myself and another customer showed at same time and were discussing. Employee inside watching without a word. Maybe a “ sorry we had to close early! “ would have been courteous.. This was my second try for this location which last time order was incorrect! This location needs a refresh.

Disgusting - my order was wrong, and I guess since I submitted the request late, the team decided to rush to make the food. Chicken crunch...bad choice... may have been better in a wrap which is what I ordered but I got the sandwich instead and I could not eat it. For one, nats flew out of my package and two, the sandwich was messy; so I'm thinking this must be a dirty location. I had to throw the sandwich away and basically wasted $20. I would have rather someone call me and told me they were close. I really tried supporting this location but now I think I have to go to a different Jimmy Johns or not at all. I love Jimmy John's but this order turned me off completely.

LOVE Jimmy Johns, but this location needs some real help.This has to be by far the worst Jimmy Johns location. I just moved here, and unfortunately they are the closest to my house, I have given them 4 chances now, and will be going to the further location from here on out.They have messed up all 4 orders. The first one the bread was raw, actually literally still raw and doughy. The second time I had placed my order for pick up, I got an alert saying it was ready for me to pick up, but I get there and they still hadn’t started it. I was the only one in the store and it took 15 mins to make two basic subs with no alts. The third time they gave us the wrong chips (happens sometimes not a big deal in my book). And this last one, I went to pick up, they had the wrong side, we fixed that, but then I went to fill my drink and an employee was emptying the trash, in front of the fountain drink machine, so I was waiting patiently for him to finish, but he was watching cartoons on his phone while at the same time trying to get the trash out of the bin, took him some time to realize he had to put his phone down to accomplish this. He then put it down but had to pay so close attention to it he was UBER slow in extracting the trash, at this point I’m just entertained at watching this unfold in front of me. I’m honestly thinking he’s watching a tutorial on how to remove the trash, but finally he looks up from his phone and sees I’m there waiting to get a drink, and moves so I can get in. I’m able to see his phone at this point, it’s not a tutorial, it’s cartoons, he was watching cartoons so intently it was hindering his ability to take out the trash.I NEVER write bad reviews, I always assume it’s a one off, people have bad days and I get that, but in this case it has been EVERY encounter with this location.I’m sorry for the bad review, but people need to know. Or at least management needs to be aware of it.

Felt very uncomfortable inside this location, one employee with spiked blond hair made us very uneasy. He was vigorously shaking and not looking at anyone, he went from the front door to behind the register, and when we said we were picking up he did not respond - but was shaking and looked like he was either on a very intense drug or he was holding employees hostage and trying to blend in. We decided to not dine in since we were freaked out. Owner: please check camera footage for the employee for 9/30/23 at 9pm.

This establishment is horrible and the workers are disrespectful. I ordered a Turkey sandwich, and when I received it there was no Turkey on it at all. I called to let them know it was missing, and I was met with attitude as if I didn't pay for the right order. They stated they couldn't refund me, after they made me take a picture as if I lied, so I went up to the establishment to rectify the situation because again my order was incorrect. When I approached the facility, there was no greeting. She got up from her smoke break walked around to the register and said nothing. I had to ask her was she the person I spoke to on the phone, and again I was met with attitude. Instead of coming up with a solution, she made it worse by telling me there was no one beyond her I could speak to. I will never order from here ever again.

So I guess there's no checks and balances at this location 20 minutes before they're closing and they tell me oh I'm sorry we've already closed for the night so you're freaky fast at making sandwiches in less than a minute so I guess you're freaky fast at closing down early too

Honestly a lot of times they claim to have no driver. Its been times when I’ve asked them to cut it in half or something simple and it doesn’t get done. I always pay extra for avocado spread but rarely do I ever get it. There’s been times when I ordered something for lunch but it took longer because they got a big order and driver took it first. I remember I went in once to pick up my food and no one was inside but two workers making sandwiches and they didnt look up or acknowledge me. The male was also walking around to get what was needed then went in the back while female employee continued on sandwiches. She only acknowledged me because I cleared my throat before she went in back.

I purchased a ham and cheese sandwich on wheat bread with bbq and salt n vinegar chips! It was delicious ! It was made just the way I requested for it be. The wheat bread was soft and fresh. The service that was provided was outstanding and the atmosphere on the inside was clean. I will definitely revisit this location again.
