Great place for a date or just a god Sunday lunch! I had the buffalo sandwich as a wrap! I was not disappointed! Service was great! My waitress was super friendly and So was the hostess! I was able to seated outside on a beautiful day!

You have several locations to choose from. We tried going to the one in downtown Charlotte but we guess it’s no longer there cause we couldn’t find it.We went to the one in the south end part of town.Cool place, big open space with a bar, tvs, nicely decorated.Service was friendly and prompt. Our waitress was knowledgeable of the food items.The food unfortunately was so so. We started with the zucchini fries and while they were crunchy because they were breaded, the fries could’ve benefitted from a less thicker cut.I ordered the Elizabeth which is basically chicken strips that are breaded, fries and two dipping sauces: one was similar to Dijon mustard and the other one was ranch? (It was very light)Chicken wasn’t bad. It wasn’t tasty either. It was on the blander side but it was way too hot to eat it without getting burnt.The bread pudding was tasty with a piece of vanilla ice cream on top so that was good.

The food was excellent, do not get me wrong. But our server Ava D was not very attentive. We ordered our drinks. Our kids received their drinks, but my husband and I waited a while until we said something to get our waters. My husband ordered a drink, at the time I didn't know what I wanted. But then I decided to let Ava know I wanted a cocktail drink. I waited 10+ mins and no cocktail. We flagged her down and asked where my cocktail was, she asked what did I order and she stated the bar was backed up. I informed her I did not want the drink now since we waited so long. Then we ordered our main course and it took forever to come. She never checked on us to see if we wanted a refill or anything. A friend came in someone she knew. She was more attentive to someone she knew, then she was to us. Other than this, I gave it 2 because the service was not great at all.

Service was great. Manager was excellent! He saw us sitting and waiting to order and sent a great friendly server over quickly. Brussel sprouts were not what I expected. They tasted like strong vinegar flavor which was offensive to my palate. Manager switched it to zucchini strips which were tasty. Vegetable medley was a bit different and wasn't enjoyed by my friend. She said she didn't expect the veggies to be roasted and crispy. They also included green bell peppers in the medley which she said changed whole flavor. And not in a good way. I enjoyed my food and the ambiance.

To say this is my go to place when I'm in Charlotte is an understatement! I freaking love the atmosphere and the vibes. The food and drinks are phenomenal. But the service is on another level!!! I only go to this location because Grant, Sky, and her oh so adorable roommate are employed here! Each and every time I come in town they make me and my guest "usually a party of 5 or more" LOL feel like absolute family! I'm not kidding, I don't live in CLT anymore due to an out of town work assignment, but you can bet your bottom dollar that when I do come in town, they are on the list of people to see. I really appreciate how attentive, friendly, and most of all professional they are!!! They are an all around AWESOME crew! Thanks Grant, and Sky for always making me feel welcomed and valued! Customer for LYFE!

Had been here a couple times before and had good experiences but went today for brunch with just 3 of us. The service wasn’t great, our food took about an hour and others seated before us finished their meals before we got ours. When the food did come out it look and tasted like it was sitting under a heat lamp. Server only came by once to refill waters and coffee. When I asked about a side dish I had ordered it took another 10 min to come out cause she’d clearly forgotten to put it in. Overall all poor experience.
