Ordered a pizza online on 3/8/24 from the Eastway location for my co-worker and I to have for lunch. After 40 minutes without seeing any "Track My Pizza" updates, I headed to the store to find out what was going on with my order. I arrive and walk up to the door and there is an employee outside cleaning the glass door. He tells me THEY ARE CLOSED DUE TO RENOVATIONS ?! Why keep your online ordering active for a location that's currently closed!?! There wasn't any information online about them being closed. The employee that was outside cleaning the doors, who pretended like he didn't see me when I walked up, didn't apologize for the inconvenience or anything. I had to ask him how was my money going to be returned. He offered zero level of customer service. I will not be returning to this location. I lost my entire lunch hour. If you aren't open to the public for the day, update your information and turn off your online ordering!!

Went there on a Saturday night around about 6:30pm they were pretty busy but that's the usual. Staff had a nasty attitude, and seem to be aggravated they had already gave my order away to someone that came after me, after I've waited more than 10 mins I was patient enough to be calm about the situation then one of the workers started slamming boxes of pizza down on the counter like she was crazy or something. I proceeded to ask about my 1 pepperoni pizza and the lady on the register was frustrated. She thought I had an attitude which I didn't, I just wanted to know was that my pepperoni pizza that was sitting there. She was like wait a minute and gave the pizza to someone else. Now this is the second time but on purpose this time. I was like I've already waited plus y'all gave my pizza to someone else I'm just asking because I have somewhere else to pick up food. Then I said give my money back. She started talking to other customers and totally ignored me. ?? I'm not sure if they didn't want to do their job tonight but they attitude was real stinking and nasty. I spend my money there EVERY FRIDAY for my daughter and tonight was the worst night ever out all the years I've been going.

visited this location on 01/17/2024 on my lunch break and this was probably the worst lunch experience I’ve had.Immediately when I walked in, I was solicited by a “pastor” who begged for me to let him pray over me. I told him that I needed to get back to work and he kept repeating that it would only take 1 min. After his prayer he asked if I wanted to donate to the Autistic children at his church and held open an envelope for me to make my donations. I looked around for any workers to come and save me or atleast greet me to place my order and no one was around. From that point on, I knew I was never returning to this place.After someone finally came from the back, I told him how annoying the “pastor” was to me and all he said was that he told him to stop doing that. After I placed my order, the same employee was outside smoking in front of the building with no professionalism. My pizza was very very good BUT the lack of professionalism and carelessness of this business is horrible. I will never come back.

Clean and the Service was so nice.The General Manager came around the counter and greeted me and my son which was so kind of her.Well, I find most impressive is just the down to earth family feeling of how they treat you and make you feel welcomed .They’re always the best value in town and my pizza and chicken wings and the cheese bread was so hot and fresh and with the marinara sauce they offer with it I can go on and on and on about how great their food is !!
