This place was really busy but not so busy for the employees to be joking around and cursing. Two employees left while I was waiting for my pizza and came back with a big bag of Alpo food. The lady that took my order was friendly but seemed more concerned about cutting up with the other employees than getting people's pizzas out. The food was good though. The pizza was great.

Not happy with my pizza order I just picked up. Deep dish pizza still doughy in the middle!!!! You can’t very serious?? Then it doesn’t help when they don’t answer the phone when you call so many times. Never will order again!!!

This particular location is a hit or miss. The employees never greet the guests and acts as if they just don’t want to be there. The food is average both delivery or pick up. I had a bad experience and no one reached back out from this store or corporate. My husband and son loves pizza and it’s affordable but needs better customer service and people who put thought in preparing the pizza rather then how they want to make it and you get some burnt pieces.Pro: the pick up time is quick

The kitchen staff was annoyed about having to remake my pizza because first I ordered on line and the pizza was atrocious. They didn’t let me know they were out of ingredients for a pizza, my second pizza had an undercooked spot. Came back to the store to let them know this is how my pizzas arrived to my home. I spoke with the manager Jonathan. I applaud him for his service. But his staff and co managers in the back were annoyed about remaking my pizzas. I would order from them time to time and have no problems so I would believe it’s the cooks.

I don't recommend if you want light sauce on your pizza cause they go heavy. Every time I call I can't get through. So I contacted corporate and the manager keeps contacting corporate with a response of they want to make it right but never contacted me at all. That's weird! Seems that you're lieing to corporate with no intention on making anything right with me your customer. It shouldn't take over a week and still no response to me. You really shouldn't be a manager while lacking this quality...."great customer service "

I haven't had Little Caesars in years so for old times sake went and tried the calzony which was surprisingly good. It only took around 15...20 minutes and the cashier was very nice.

Everything was OK with my order.I did a mobile order so I can pick up something quick for my son so I can head to work. And mind you, it’s a mobile order so you’re able to do Tips. I never have complained about any restaurant or anybody because I just don’t get bothered that easy. But today was the day that really made me want to write a review about this particular store upon getting my order there was someone in front of me, Hispanic male getting his order, and the African-American cashier kept trying to talk to him in Spanish, as if making fun of our language. He kept responding an English to let her know that he speaks English. You can tell the Man felt frustrated.Just to get things straight I am not a racist, but put it in in your eyes. What if I was to do a Haitian or Jamaican accent, and talk to you knowing I’m HISPANIC .Unless, customer really can’t speak English. Then yeah go for it! help them! but don’t make fun of our language the way you were doing it to me and the customer in front of me.When it was my turn to get my order, she did the same thing with me, but I didn’t pay no mind to it. Until she was ready to give me my order, she shoved a little bucket in front of me and says we are ACCEPTING tips today. AND SAID I split my tips with everybody in the back for cigarettes . I understand everyone works hard for their money, but dang really lady.
