Longhorn's has a Springtime special on Lamb chops right now. I asked for medium well & mine were cooked to perfection.I also like that my server brought my salad & bread with my drink ... but didn't bring my Lamb until I had finished my salad. I hate it when restaurants rush your food out... so this won big points with me.There are lots of other good options on the menu which I liked... such as a Rib & Parmesan Crusted Chicken platter & there's lots of choices for sides. I'll be back to try something else next time... but those Lamb chops were tasty... yessss.

I ordered the fried chicken tenders salad for curbside after driving for 10.5 hours. I wanted something delicious. The chicken tenders were very hard and overcooked! Sooo disappointing. This location needs a lot of work with the food.

For some reason they lie about the wait time. Told our family a hour wait. We waited that hour and seen so many people come in and out. We asked about the wait a hour later and guess what we were told. Our wait is a hour.... After we had already waited an hour. Smh do better. The location is in a great area but bad service.

We had the opportunity to meet the friendly bartender for a drink and appetizer while we waited for a table.Once our table opened, we were told to move our drinks, appetizers, plates, and belongings to our table? We did as we were told, with a few odd looks from other patrons.Once at our table, we waited 20 mins without a word from anyone. We watched employees help other customers, conversate at length amongst their colleagues, and talk on their personal phones. However, nobody had the time to be bothered with us.Once we were greeted, we asked for our check. The server had the amicable bartender to come explain that this had unfortunately been a shift change. That may be the case, but the staff's behavior displayed otherwise. In fact, it displayed that this behavior was acceptable by their management team, who never addressed us.We used to be loyal Longhorn clients. Long time clients of many years, my husband and I have had great times in multiple locations. Unfortunately the bad experiences now outweigh the good.We won't be back. Their are simply too many competitors where we have had much better experiences to continue to return after multiple experiences like this.

I don’t how the food taste because we arrived at 10:25pm and waited on someone for 20 mins to come only to be asked how did we get in and the door was opened. Then they left again came back and was then told they couldn’t serve us because they were short staffed. As stated we got there at 10:25 when we walked in the door because I checked my time when I seen they closed at 11pm. They could have at least offered us carry out being that we spent majority of the time waiting on someone to address us.

Came in with a party of 11 ppl at 7:30pm. We were told it would be an hour wait. We said ok and left our name to be added to list. After an hour we were still waiting, while watching groups of ppl being seated. We then go ask how much longer it will be because we've already been waiting over an hour, and the host tells us another 45 mins to an hour. ARE YOU SERIOUS.... we asked for the manager, which she never went to go get. Instead told us that a family was getting their checks and bout to leave and we would be next to get the table for us. Another 20 mins went by... still never seated us and continued to walk past us. We asked what was the hold up, and she replied, she couldn't make another table move.. REALLY.... so we left. Horrible service, Horrible hostess, non attentive manager because she came out as we were leaving. So disappointing and they completely ruined our family outing dinner. The whole staff needs to be replaced and corporate needs to reevaluate their employees training.

I had ordered the New York steak 12 oz first of all the messed up my order I ordered Mac and cheese the sent me mashed potatoes and send me wrong order when I called the lady said she is a manager she doesn’t know what I’m talking about. Go to longhorn a lot the one in Pineville-Matthews this is my first time eating at the one at steel creek and it is the worst .

The waitress was nice until she wanted you out... all we needed was a to- go box and a second tea... they charge over $3 for tea. You can make an entire pitcher at home for that price. Eh, won't be back.
