If you’re looking for a place to take your dog for any boarding, daycare, or grooming services….DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ONE!!! I had my dog stay there while out of town and I get a call saying he’s been bit, later on I get the full details that they had a dog that has kennel territory issues and they allowed it to be out with all the other dogs, mine got to close and he didn’t just get bit, he had a chunk of his ear bitten off. Once I get back and speak to a regional manager he goes on to inform me in his words that “this is ONLY the 2nd incident we’ve had with this dog”, excuse me what?! Why was there even a chance for a 2nd time after there being a 1st and then he informed me that they are still allowing this dog to come in after biting mine but wanted me and my girlfriend consider allowing our dog to come back, “I asked him if he was dumb? And proceeded to say why would we consider bringing him back to the place where he got bit/lost a piece of his ear and you haven’t done anything to fix the problem?” So moral of the story pick any other place to take your dog because all they care about is fitting as many dogs as they can to max their profits while not caring for your dogs well being or safety.

The bar is not worth the hassle to go to anymore because of all the Karens and misbehaving dogs. The place has gone down hill ever since the new management. They raised the prices on everything. The only reason why they brought back the daycare/boarding packages is because of the backlash from customers and everyone going elsewhere.They will throw out customers who they’ve known for years because of another customer who complained without checking the security cameras

Lucky Dog Grooming saved us. Our dog had been severely butchered by our mobile groomer, and my wife and I were heading out of town for two weeks the next day. Lucky dog responded back to our voicemail and was able to take him as a walk-in that morning. The amazing young lady we booked as our groomer and got to meet (Ada) didn't have much of a canvas to work with after the hack job by the mobile groomer, so our expectations were low. But our dog came out looking fantastic! he had the best grooming he's ever had done and came home happier than we left him. Ada was very judgment free, she really took the time to listen to us, and educated us on our doodles grooming process and maintenance. Having that great experience, we took our older dog who’s a Shizu back to Ada a few weeks later. Our Shizu normally hates being groomed and has gotten banned from a previous groomer. But he was happy as could be when we picked him up later, there were no issues with his grooming process and he looked like a million bucks. The atmosphere is like a day-camp for pups. My wife and I highly recommend Ada, our dogs love her and we adored her. Bonus points, Ada works at the bar on Tuesdays. We went last night, saw her by surprise and got a bath and brew for $20! What an amazing deal. Never heard of this concept but it is an incredible addition to our city that I’ve seen no other place do. We also met the bar manager Chris, who is fantastic. We can’t rave about lucky dog enough, from the staff to the grooming to the bar.

I always enjoy bringing Harper there. The bath and brew is a great concept and now I’m glad they added a second day. The dogs always have fun. If there’s any confrontation is quickly sniffed out either by owners or management. People seem responsible for their own pet And even pick up after others if needed. The manager is responsive. I asked him to bring in a certain kind of vodka and sure enough next time I was there he had it for me. Looking forward to our next visit.

Awesome and fun place for doggies and their humans.
We had a great time with our friends and dogs having a beer and picked up lunch from the food truck. We attended their Alzheimers benefit and will return just to have a beer and for our pup to have fun with other pups. Great place.

Gone downhill in services and quality for boarding and daycare. Hours were cut, prices increased, and package options reduced. Something was lost in the brand name in the past year, not sure what. I still think it's convenient, but as a long-time customer, they've gone backward.

We love this place! We go every week, Tuesdays are our favorite because they do beer and bath night. Every day they have some kind of drink specials, and it's a huge place for our pups to socialize

If you really love your dogs, never board them at this place. We left our dog for two nights there and he came back home with two wounds, big wounds. When asking about the how he gets those, the manager was asking me questions about his allergies and was calling me a liar on my face.
