All the negative reviews aside, in reality:Service - FineAtmosphere - FinePizza - AmazingThis is the best Pizza I have had in the Charlotte area since moving here from NY.They've got a bit of a NY attitude which is maybe why I don't have as much of an issue with them as most.Basically you are gonna order a pizza and they are gonna give it to you, no more no less.At the end of the day this will definitely be my new go to spot when ordering pizza because it was just fantastic.Another thing I like is that you can make your own slices. Most Pizza places only have a select type of slices you can choose from where as here you can custom make any slice you want on the fly. A real nice option

It’s all about the crust when it comes to pizza , and these guys have the right formula ! And I’m a crusty guy, so to me, it’s the best in Charlotte…. Tender, yet firm and yielding. Mmmmm … tasty — get yourself some extra marinara so that no crumb will be wasted.Oh, and the Stromboli is recommended, too.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, I ordered pasta and two slices of pizza. There was absolutely no flavor in the pasta it tasted like cardboard. The bread that they gave me was a heated up sandwich bread it wasn't even garlic and the salad was old. The pizza was not great at all, this is probably the worst Italian place I've ever tried hands down. I wish I wouldn't have spent my money here I'm really sad about it.

I asked could the employees wash their hands because they were both on their phones. The manager asked them to but they both refused and decided to just put on black gloves. Then after we got our food we asked could we get water cups. Mind you.. we just paid for a $21 pizza. They said it cost and we tried to pay and they said there was a minimum and all we had was a card so couldn’t unless we bought more food. Then asked for ranch and said the same thing. Do not recommend. I would go elsewhere.

So the pizza is legit, the Alfredo was ok. Guy let me turn the TV to NCAA bracket and enjoy our meal with my sons. Good place, for pizza. We will be returning customers.

You get a lot of items on the pizza. But it's bland. The crust is tuff. I can see nothing to go back for.

I thoroughly enjoy going to Luigi's Pizza in Charlotte. I think their pizza is quite consistent and has a high level of quality to it. It also manages to avoid the generic pizza flavors of comfort chains whilst also being reasonably priced. I think the fact you can get a large slice of pizza + a big drink for $6.50(tax included) is quite a good deal. I only take away one star because the kitchen can get backed up during peek lunch rush making the promised ready time quite a bit off. Also, the dining room is very breezy with the front door opening and closing often.Overall, if you are looking for good, savory pizza in CTL without breaking the bank, you'd be hard pressed to do better than Luigi's.

The prices are cheap and pizza is pretty good. I've been here many times and never been disappointed! Quick service and laid back atmosphere.

My favorite pizza place! I picked my pizza up to soon and the toppings fell off, so that's why the pizza looks different. The slices are so big and they taste so good. I cannot wait to go back next week!

I recently went yesterday with my sister to grab a bite. I got the chicken Alfredo for 1799 and my sister got a chicken Parmesan sandwich. My chicken Alfredo was the worsting I have ever had is was watery and the chicken white I can quite literally compare it to chicken Alfredo in the frozen section that you heat up in the microwaveFor 5.99!?!?It was so bad They may be known for other things, but definitely not for their pastaThe sub was decent Overall, my experience here was not the best will not be coming back, and the prices are ridiculous

This place used to be awesome. Staff has very bad working knowledge of English language, I repeated myself multiple times and yet, still order wasn't correct. What happened to the quality? It was not there tonight. The marinara tasted like a cheap store bought brand, the pizza barely had any sauce under the cheese, the garlic rolls were basically bread with a few flecks of garlic in them, the salads were basically the bottom of the batch cuttings and stem pieces, barely any lettuce leaves, no iceberg. It was a really pitiful experience for the amount of money I spent. So disappointed!Vegetarian options: No problem in this department
