So I hate to be a complainer because I'm genuinely not hard to please, but I was disappointed. This was my first time trying the food from this restaurant and I was just surprised that the amount of guacamole I was given was $2.00 EXTRA! I understand inflation and everything going up in price (unfortunately) but $2 for the teeny tiny cup of guacamole you see pictured. With that being said just BYO avocado if you'd like to enjoy it with your nachos or food in general. And my nachos looked like it was prepared by someone afraid of chicken. I removed the majority of the nachos so that I could get a more accurate view of the amount of chicken that was included, and give you an idea of what I'm describing. An unwarranted accurate description could be "mac's nachos with an honorable mention of pulled chicken or pork..." I can get over the guac's ridiculous size, but the amount of chicken is maybe, and I mean a HARD maybe, the equivalent of ONE small chicken strip. Maybe the person that fixed my food wasn't sure if meat was to be included. With that being said my food was okay.

Had a great time at this spot. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to the group size with quick service. Clean bathrooms and tables. I usually enjoy ordering food from Mac's; however, today, my to go meal was less than what I expected. I ordered chicken wings, collards, and mashed potatoes. My chicken was dry and they shorted me. I only received 5 wings...which all were dry. The sides were great as expected, but I am very disappointed in the South Blvd location for giving (or anyone) those dry, overcooked, room temperature wings.

Service was good just not very attentive. This was our 1st time here. And heard they had good food. The flavors was so good. My only complaints are the Mac and cheese was barely warm. And my husband’s burger was burnt.
Another reason why they need half stars. It is better than a 4 star but isn't a 5. The turkey and jalapeno cheddar sausage links were amazing. Probably the best turkey I have ever had. Mac and cheese was great. But the brisket was not good. Dry and crumbly. Guessing just an off day. It happens. Service was great.

I ordered brisket a few weeks back and was really disappointed with it. It was dry and had no flavor. Not sure if I caught a bad batch or if it is always just this way, but it was not good. Sides were great though and the collards were awesome! Just won't be ordering the brisket in the future.

Wasted money and time. The food was not tasty. The brisket, pulled pork and chicken were dry and not seasoned enough, the sausage with cheddar cheese and jalapeño was so over-salted and had a weird taste that none of us could eat it. If you want to eat delicious bbq, this is not what this place is about.
