Incredibly welcoming staff, excellent food, fun light hearted atmosphere! We’re from out of state and when the servers picked up on that they graciously gave us 3 biscuits on the house! The staff here are incredible and I’ll most definitely be stopping by again. Can’t recommend this place more, give it a try!

They said they are open from 7 AM. I am here at 7:45, starving from long distance driving this is terrible. Don't post work hours if you can't honor that.

Was in Charlotte this morning and decided to give this place a shot. I am a huge fan of biscuits and gravy, so I was excited to try a place that specialized in biscuits. What I got was simply an atrocity, the biscuits were so over cooked they were hard as a rock. Had to cut them like a steak to even eat them, and to make matters worse the bottoms were burnt to a crisp. On the menu they advertised the biscuits as golden brown and flakey. What I got was overcooked, burnt, and cold. The gravy had so little seasoning it might as well not have been there. My food got to me in less then two minutes, I would rather have waited for them to bake a proper batch then eat what I ate. The only pleasant thing in my meal was the smashbrowns which are little potato cakes. Those were really good, but were not good enough to fix the experience. The worst part was the price. 15$ for a meal worse then what you could get at IHOP for 6$ less. Was really disappointed and hope that if I ever give it a second chance I could get a proper biscuit and gravy experience like my grandma used to make.

Maple Street used to be a mainstay stop for us in Charlotte. It will be a pass from today forward. The staff are diluting the Maple Street Brand. Very little hustle on the part of every staff member I could observe. Restaurant wasn't busy during our 11 am visit. 2 tables with patrons, 2 tables with staff eating. Dining room tables - 80 percent dirty, food remnants. No straws in dining room...when asked, staff handed offered an unwrapped straw. As more patrons came in and ordered food was put on the counter for pickup, the dishes were tossed on the counter such that the food fell over and sometimes off the plate...staff picked it up and put it back on the plate. The staff who were on food breaks wandered back to kitchen and assisted in food prep without washing hands. The list is long. I hope the franchise owners take notice here ...the food quality, service and maple street mission are no longer present in the Charlotte location.

One of my favorite restaurants. This location however has gone downhill. Employee energy level is low. Entire restaurant is not clean, especially kitchen. Table tops not clean. No drinking straws. Slow service.Regrettable.On a Sunday morning, this restaurant used to be jammed. Not any more.

Around the time they first opened me & my friend had breakfast here. The biscuits were freshly made & their theme if how you ordered was also pretty cool & engaging. I think for that reason alone I put 5 stars. I love the variety of choices they had when I went about 3 years back. Im not sure how they are now. We had Breakfast Sandwiches & Chicken Biscuit Sandwich.

I hope the owner sees this! This is the best tasting breakfast I have ever had. The hash brown with the ranch sauce was delicious! The sausage gravy was delicious. The chocolate chip waffles were delicious by themselves and that is so hard to do because waffles always need toppings. The flavored butter they sent with the waffles was delicious. The syrup was sooo good. The bacon egg and cheese sandwich was super filling and yummy. I am so pleased with my meal. I have ordered so many breakfast meals from so many locations since moving to Charlotte and all I can say is I kissed a lot of frogs but I’ve finally found my Prince. I will definitely continue ordering from this place. Also thank you Amanda who answered the phone when I called and asked to make sure the syrup and condiments were in the bag because so many stores send food but forget all the condiments that go with the meal and it really makes the difference. She was so polite when I called and made me feel confident that everything would be in the bag. It was also packed very neat and mindful to keep everything from spilling and being soggy. I am so impressed with this place! I will be ordering all of my breakfast from this place from now on!

Overall a solid breakfast place at amazingly fair prices for the quality and portion size. My bacon was burnt to a charcoal crisp but everyone else with bacon had perfectly cooked pieces. Chicken was incredible as was the apple butter. Coffee was also

I thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. We stopped in for a light breakfast, however to our surprise the servings are large!I ordered the “Five & Dime”, and you can order your egg to your liking. This sandwich was delicious and a great variety of flavors! The gravy was just like grandma used to make it.Well priced and large servings. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating of our large group! If you’re in town for a quick bite, definitely come here and try out their biscuit or chicken and waffles.?Vegetarian options: Veggie risky biscuit, Biscuit Frenche, hash browns, fruit, cinnamon biscuits, etcDietary restrictions: They do offer smaller portions, and have a variety of options including salad and grits.Parking: Huge parking lot shared with other retailers.Kid-friendliness: Children that attend are welcome and they will enjoy the kids menu options. Nothing better than some whipped cream in the morning!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp that is in front of the store. The layout is massive and a wheelchair will have no problem navigating. The bathroom is wheelchair accessible also and the sinks are appropriately designed.
