I ordered from Marco's Pizza with the expectation of timely delivery, selecting a delivery time of 11:45 AM. However, despite ordering before the store opening, my pizza was significantly delayed. When I called the store at 12:10 PM, the employee shifted blame onto me for ordering on the same day, despite their system allowing for future orders. This lack of accountability and poor service makes me reconsider ordering from Marco's in the future.

I'm done with this place! The pizza is well made and is usually delicious. However it is next to impossible to get the employees to slice our pizzas in triangles!For years we have been frustrated after numerous requests for our pizza to be sliced correctly. We always add instructions to have our pizza cut in triangles and the majority of time these instructions are ignored!Unless you are getting pizza for a kindergartener's birthday party, having pizza cut in squares makes absolutely no sense. Have a nice day!

After a long day, we needed a fast dinner, so we decided to grab Marcos. We ordered, and while the pizza arrived quickly and the customer service was excellent, the pizza did not live up to our expectations. Although my partner is a true fan of Marco's pizza, the pizza we had left us feeling very let down. I doubt that my experience was limited to the pizza I chose, but if I go back, I won't get "The Works."

Never on time. I just waited an additional hour and a half for an order placed online. No way to reach the corporate office by phone. I want to speak with someone in management!!!
This pizza and wings was so delicious... hot and right on time! Even the driver was exceptionally nice.

Please make sure to pay attention to the cut requested on the app. I always check the box for triangle cut and I always end up getting a square cut. I know it isn’t huge but it does matter. Thank you for tasty pizza!

I accidentally ordered my pizza at the wrong time for our baseball team. The staff realized it and called to verify when I really needed it. They went above and beyond! The pizza was great and delivered nice and hot. Excellent service!

This was my first time trying Marco's and I was not disappointed. The pizza was delicious, the staff was professional and attentive and the pizza was just as good (if not better) the next day. I would rate this above all chain pizzerias and I hope they build more in my area.

The last half a dozen times I've tried to order online, there was no delivery. Pick up only. Hard to believe they can't get drivers with UNCC right down the road. Domino's still delivers though!
