Today Annalise left an item out of my order and when I returned upset due to inconvenience, I requested a refund for my inconvenience. She shared that nothing was wrong with the order so technically a refund was warranted. What Annalise instead should have responded in an apologetic tone excusing her actions or mishap. She then proceeded to storm off to the kitchen to gossip about it with her co-workers who stared me down thru kitchen door. Super unprofessional experience today.

We had a lovely lunch at the Cafe. Our table ordered a daily special pizza and the turkey/avocado sandwiches and all were yummy. The service was great too. A great location when you are shopping at Nordstrom or that end of Southpark. The iced tea also tasted very fresh.

I was hoping that this was like the DC Nordstrom Cafe, but it's a bistro. It's definitely different, as is the menu. I got the Santa Fe Chicken Panni. It was lack-luster at best. It wasn't pressed. It's a dry sandwich placed on a grill with over cooked rubbery chicken that was cold. There was seasoning ( I could see it but not taste it). The bread is a thin sliced sandwich bread. I was underwhelmed. The food wasn't great, nor was the service. It's a cute tucked location on the 2nd floor. There was an issue with a patrons' salmon, and he had to come 2x to fix it. The manager on duty wasn't very accommodating. I was shocked as he had cereal palsy and had to walk in twice. I was baffled.

I went in expecting nothing more than Panera but it was much worse. I had the turkey club. The bread was so stale and sharp my mouth was destroyed for days. The chips were 100% bbq lays. The french dip was like someone went to make a a steak sub and remembered last minute then put sink water in a bowl as a dip. All that with 2 waters and it was $40.

Horrible. Such a disappointment for those of us used to the Nordstrom Grill in Seattle. Stingy portions, overdressed salads, bad service - which the customer has to tip for in advance - what a disincentive for waitstaff and it shows. Dreary decor.

Nordstom! Best skirt steak I have had in a long time. I requested medium rare - CAME MEDIUM RARE! Seasoned to perfection/juicy! FYI best hamburgers too. Chef Taylor and Sammy is so kind and friendly. Why eat in the mall?

Absolutely wonderful delicious first experience at the Marketplace Cafe inside Nordstrom at Southpark in Charlotte, NC yesterday. Our 50+ Raleigh, NC group traveled there to lunch with the Charlotte group. We had a reservation and everything was all setup upon arrival at noon. Greeted by a very friendly professional staff in a cute cafe setting. Now the highlight was my meal...wild salmon with roasted vegetables and saffron couscous! It was absolute delight to my taste buds! I enjoyed every bite and it was worth every brown cent of my 22$+ tax + tip! Everyone in our group was raving about the deliciousness of the food...that we had to meet the Executive Chef Manager. I normally don't shop Nordstrom but I will likely consider going there if it has a Marketplace Cafe on-site. Five stars for the food, service and overall experience!

Customer service at the Shoe department. I had the worst experience on August 20th, 2022. I went to the Women's Shoe department and asked the employee standing at the women's shoe area if there was a particular sandal they had. I had a picture of the sandal from the Nordstrom website. He looked down at me and said this is the Designer shoe area you will have to go to the Women's shoe area. I asked him isn't this the women's shoe dept. he said no and pointed me to the order pick up area. This employee was standing around doing nothing and could have helped me. I went to the order pick up area and asked them where the women's shoe dept was located and they pointed me to the same area where I came from earlier. I felt the employee did not want to assist me and looked at me as though I didn't belong there. I felt discriminated. I had just spent $150 earlier at this store. Not a good experience. I had gone to Dillards prior to visiting this place and was treated so much better.
