McAllister's is usually a good lunch stop. This location is not. My company has ordered catering with them a couple times because its closet to our office so it's convenient. Each time we have an issue but this time it was worth reporting. 3 of our boxes I guessed were labeled incorrectly by staff what kind of sandwich it was, we order certain things due to staff allergens. The catering manager (steph) told us to open it up, touch & look. So, we definitely cannot keep going to them for any further catering orders.

I ordered my usual 2 smoky pepper jack turkey and 2 bowls of broccoli cheddar soup for my girlfriend and I and repeated my order back to the cashier as I always do. I got home and my order is wrong. I called and explained the situation and she said I can bring it back. I informed them I don’t live close and asked would they take something off for my troubles because I’m on my lunch break and I wasting my gas. I’m not just asking for something free to get a deal, it’s for my troubles. She said she can remake the sandwiches and that’s it. I said no thanks, I’ll just bring the food back and get my money back. Upon returning I was greeted by another cashier who told me that I couldn’t get the money back for the broccoli and cheddar soups because they were what I ordered. I politely asked to speak to the manager who gave me a full refund. I will not be returning to this location. I spend a lot of money here weekly and feel they should’ve found a way to make the customer happy instead of the back and forth.

Went out of my way bc I really wanted this after visiting another location in sc. I’m disappointed because my salad only has 3 strawberry slices I asked the cashier how many tomatoes came on the sandwich she said 2 I only got 1 (I love tomatoes) so I had to go back inside to get another and there’s way more lettuce than anything and barley toppings. I can get a better salad at Panera bread where the portions are always correct MONEY WASTED!

I have lunch at least once a week, sometimes twice a week, at this location because the food and service are excellent! The staff do an amazing job from the time you enter until you leave. They keep the restaurant clean and tidy at all times. They ensure that all orders are prepared and ready (both "to go" and dine-in) in a timely manner. And I have never been the slightest bit disappointed with any menu item I've ordered. The food is both excellent and consistent, something I don't experience in many restaurants. But the staff is what makes it such a great place to eat. I've often thought they have the best employees, based on how the place is run, which says a lot about the management. And Genesis, specifically, is awesome! She's the most pleasant and accommodating person you'll ever see working in a restaurant. All-in-all, I'd give this McAlister's 6 stars if I could!

Always so delicious! Got the hald sandwich, jalapeño turkey, half salad, cobb salad, Nachos with the cheese dip, added the chili. Tried the caramel apple lemonade, not bad at all.

Used to love it. I will never go back to arboretum site or any other. No meat in Chile. Like hot dog topping at a gas station. The Reubens was not toasted and was dripping wet from sourkraut. A microwave nightmare. Sad. Two people in the whole place.nice cashier.
