The service here is Slow AF. I’m. It sure if their underaged today, but they’re all walking around looking depressed & sluggish.I ordered my food at 3:15p & received it at 3:49p. 34 min for food.If I hadn’t already paid for my meal, I would just leave.I have also noticed that there have been multiple people coming back inside after getting their orders wrong in a drive thru. As well as like 4 cars outside waiting on their food from the drive thru. I’d highly recommend drive/visit some other McDs in the area.

Stopped to use my $2.00 large fry deal on the McDonald’s app. Now everyone knows when your code is accepted you instantly get a check mark in a green circle after the cashier enters your code. The black girl lied to me and said my code was already used. I just got off of work and my place of work doesn’t have a McDonald’s restaurant inside it. I believe there’s a misappropriation of funds going on at this McDonald’s location and along with poor management and customer service skills. I will most definitely file a complaint with McDonald’s Corporation about this Sugar Creek location

This one was absolutely horrid. Stopped on our way home from a soccer game. The woman cashier was just down right rude. Informed me they didn't have what I wanted and proceeded to charge me for it and wanted me to pays $8 more for the meals and drinks they decided we should have. Basically told me to take it or leave it. We had waited 20 minutes for it with zero communication or asked if we wanted 2 completely different meals and drinks. Absolutely do not recommend this one
