The bar is so low for McDonald’s and this location always…ALWAYS…disappoints. They will mess your order up almost guaranteed regardless of how few people are there.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to, this morning I stop to get breakfast and I had to wait for my food my hash browns were cold when I went in to get hot hash browns the girl was so rude, the manager was worse didn’t want to give me any information about corporate said it was privately owned , pointed to some wall that the information was there and nothing was there. I will not go back to this McDonalds it’s not the first time I experienced bad service at this McDonalds…… And an employee who had nothing to do with it kept making comment like just leave when it was none of her business. Like I said the worst MCDONALDS in Charlotte NC.

I made my order and expected three fries for meals and separately. I expected a small fry on the drive-through. I asked why did I get only three fries if there was supposed to be four orders of fries the guy told me they ran out of the small size boxes for the french fries so therefore they gave me a large fry, but the purpose was. I had three meals with french fries and separately. I ordered a small fries they did not give me my small fries before ordering I asked if the ice cream machine was working because we wanted McFlurry they said it was not working. Unfortunately it was out of order while we were waiting on the drive-through to get our order. What is two people come out the inside with a sundae I thought the ice cream machine was not working so I guess that’s fine. I asked if I could get a caramel frappe and he said the machine wasn’t working they switch their hours to 24 hours and seven days a week. The summer is around the corner and the ice cream machine is not working and the caramel frappe machine is also not working, millions of customers they get they can fix their machines and buy a carton boxes for each french fries and if not just give everybody large for the french fries. I will have to cut down on McDonald’s from this location. Unfortunately I dislike that I ordered about Four orders of fries and only three and I asked and then he still did it so it’s OK Customer and I know they don’t care because they get more every day. I will just buy next-door at the Dunkin’ Donuts. They never Mess up my order at least not yet

Waited inside of McDonald for 30 minutes with no line. 2 ladies chit chatting and the fries machine beeping and no one got to it till like another 10 min. They are also more focused on DoorDash/Uber orders then actually customer
