They are never consistent with the Strawberry Matcha milk tea. There is this specific guy that makes it like how the advertised picture looks like. But if you don’t catch the days he works, other workers make it horrible and they are very greedy with the strawberry in it. My last order, they just literally filled the cup with milk more than anything that all you taste was just milk and sugar. If you kno how that taste like, then you know what I’m talking about. Which makes it upsetting because if I wanted milk and sugar l, I wouldn’t come to a boba shop for that. We asked the worker that it’s not consistent, she wasn’t accommodating or sorry. She says they make it same way as always. Which I know it’s a lie because I have pictures of the one I used to get from that specific guy. And the one they made us I. The last two times we’re not even close to it. Very upset and will never support their business again.

I had come already 2 times to Milk Cha Cha and it’s been great!!! I loved their boba tea. You can select the level of sugar of your drink and they also have a lot of options to choose from. I tried the strawberry and ube swirl. Their employees are nice. Will definitely be back soon.

I was so excited to try out a new bubble tea place and drove from Cary, NC. It was 9:22 PM and I drove two and a half hours but was unable to get my order :( All three workers were there, the lights were on, and the door was opened so I walked in but was told they were closed. I understand they were tired and had cleaned up but it was sad to see that they closed before the time on Google (should be updated on Google if they close at 9:00PM).

One of the few white guys that works there always looks dead inside but the boba here is good, thai tea is way better than kft. They have a few fun board games too so if you wanted to chill in there with friends you could.
The brown sugar milk swirl with boba still has me in a choke hold. I crave it frequently!! It's a great place to come for work or to meet a friend because it's nice and quiet. Friendly staff and convenient location with ample parking in the garage. Love this boba tea spot!

Great boba drinks! Always consistent too! Their boba is always cooked properly and actually has a sweet flavor, compared to others that are undercooked and chalky in the center and plain. This place is always a good choice!
(Strawberry Matcha Latte) Me and my friend ordered the same drink but for some reason, hers tasted so much better than mine. Mine had wayyy too much matcha in it and just tested horrible. You can tell from the picture that even tho mine was smaller, it had so much more of the green stuff (matcha).

The boba was very good, but if you are texture sensitive the fruit boba milkshakes are not for you since they do have a texture. The people making our order and taking our order were very nice and the boba came very fast. The place was super nice and welcoming and a very laid back vibe. Recommend this place if you are looking for boba.
