Service was poor, no hello or anything. The girl behind the desk seriously lacked at making the place feel welcoming. Barely any eye contact was made and when I had to return a drink because I found a hair in it they were annoyed that they had to make another one ?

So many delicious flavor options here! They have plenty of cold and hot drinks, and if you're not familiar with some, the friendly staff are always more than happy to help!
Drinks were out quickly! The thai tea was a perfect sweetness and the tea flavor was amazing! The strawberry tornado was fresh, and the yakult separated into two parts, not sure if that's supposed to happen! Boba was sweet, soft, and chewy!

The girls working there were so friendly. In total I spent around $9.50 for the Strawberry Mango Tea with lychee and mango jelly at 75% sweetness. It was super delicious and not too sweet. Although, I ordered thinking it would be like an actual tea, but it looked more like slush. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming anytime I'm in this area!

On my lunch break, I had the opportunity to visit the adorable Milk Cha Cha. The server was incredibly kind and assisted me in choosing a drink, given the numerous enticing options on the menu. I choose the strawberry tornado with added boba. It was my first time trying the tornado, and I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The flavor was delightful - a perfect blend of fruity like a smoothie and milky like a milkshake. The cup it came in had a cute design with a simple color scheme and branding. The hard plastic material provided peace of mind as I headed back to work, enjoying my drink on the go.

Tried this new boba spot across from waverly tonight and was pleasantly surprised. Tried the black sesame latte 25% sweet and it was awesome. Definitely check this place out. Service was super nice too.

I came in here with my sister on a Saturday night. Service was fast and staff were very friendly. We ordered three drinks to try and everything was great:The Strawberry Tornado did not taste artificial, the rose in Rose Oolong milk tea wasn’t overpowering (have had at other establishments where it’s like drinking perfume), and we liked how strong the tea was in the Jasmine milk tea with milk foam.We would come back here again if in Charlotte.
