I’m addicted to this food truck. It’s located on the corner of South Blvd and Archdale Drive. It’s in the corner of a 76 gas station parking lot. I ALWAYS order the mini tacos (not the Gringo style) with cilantro, onions, and the hot sauce. The sauce is indeed spicy and brings the tacos to life. I need to branch out and order something else, but I like what I like. LOL!

It might be a good idea to call them before visiting them. They need to update their hours promptly on Google Maps. On Thursday August 24, 2023, we visited them around 2pm when it was showing on Maps that they were open, but on reaching, we found that there was no food truck. We left disappointed.

It looked like your average Mexican restaurant, but Morazan Resturant is anything but! I got the Bistec Encebollado. The authenticity in the dish was overwhelming. The steak was nice and crisp on the outside and a good amount of chewy on the inside. It was cooked exquisitely, and full of flavor. Additionally, the sides all worked together beautifully. The onions on the steak were rich, sweet, and deeply golden brown. The rice intertwined with the beans gracefully. I made two tacos with the side tortillas and they tasted so good with all the food mixed together. Also, my friends got the Pupusas they really liked it but they wished there was more sauce. Also they served the Pupusa with pickled onions which they had never experienced before but it added really good flavor. My friends and I were very well pleased and enjoyed this dinner after Carowinds.

I’m sure the experience is completely different if you speak Spanish. The servers do not speak English well, & they don’t really try; our waitress stopped by very seldomly & had others stop by. It was like they were playing a game of “check on the gringos.” The food was decent. My biggest complaint in that department was that the refried beans were lukewarm at best. The food was also a bit bland. The portions were big, at least. I had the fajitas, & there was a good bit of shrimp & beef. Based on the service, I would not go back & don’t recommend it.
Definitely the best tacos I've ever had in my life, it's delicious

I love this food truck! I came with my girlfriend and we ordered the deal that they had for a quesadilla for $5 and a Philly for $5! We went with that and we were both surprised by how big of a portion we got and the chips included in that price! We loved it absolutely will be back!
