Only today, I learned about Plov, the national dish of Uzbekistan. So... I went in search and found the Nomad Plovhouse. Currently, they are part of Southend Eats, so it's all take-out. But don't let that hold you back! This food is good! I tried the beef Plov. In a word... excellent!! The flavors encountered were impressive! Food was great, friendly staff and came in a good time. Great to see more unique foods in Charlotte from different countries and this one didn't disappoint. I've had plov in Uzbekistan before and I can say for sure that this was authentic. Rice was cooked perfectly and the carrots were too. No complaints, keep it up.
