Great service but as soon as I walked in there was a dead roach on the floor and every table was dirty (visible crumbs). Not busy either.

My girlfriend has a severe mushroom allergy. She got an order that had mushrooms in it (we didn’t know or even ask if it had mushrooms) and when we got home and opened it we saw. I called and asked if there was any way they could remake it, and they said yes very sincerely. Got back, they remade it, no charge. They even gave us a free cookie. Food was also great! Thanks so much guys!

Our family LOVES Noodles and are so sad the ONLY one nearest to us is not only a 30 min drive, but also not that great! Every time I’ve ordered for pickup they forget an item from my purchase and/or a key ingredient in our order. It’s disappointing to drive that far and then make it home without the items you paid for… and it’s not cheap! 3 stars because they have given me a refund afterward, but the “manager” on duty was neither polite nor empathetic AND I had to push for a full refund. I wish we could get a location closer to Indian Land and with friendlier staff. In the meantime, we will only patron this establishment when we have time to dine in. But not super excited for that either because the inside is often dirty floors and sticky tables.

Food here is good - therefore kids keep asking for takeout occasionally. Service is terribly slow and they tend to mess up orders - so make sure you check your takeout order before leaving the store. All that work there are very young and can do much better with proper training and management.

I was picking up a DoorDash order and took nearly 25 minutes to get the order. When I got there, there were only 2 people working. 10 minutes later, there were 5 people working and all of them seemed uncoordinated. I would understand why it would take 15 minutes to prep an order with 2 people, but 25 minutes with 5 people behind the counter????? You're kidding me...

The staff was wonderful, but it took 45 minutes for me to get my food. There was only one cook so they were clearly understaffed, but it should not take that long for me to get two entree's. Staff ur store appropriately! Will not be coming back.

My 15 year old son adores this food which is why we end up here over and over. He’s wild about pasta. He got the pesto dish and I got Pad Thai. It was very delish as usual. It’s busy in there especially with take out orders. In my opinion the decor is really outdated, the tile floors look dirty (they are brown so it’s difficult to tell). Many tables not wiped down, a little trash in the floor. Just not a great atmosphere. The food is served in plastic dishes.

The food was fine but the service left a lot to be desired. There were only 3 employees working on a Saturday afternoon and they were clearly short staffed. The only employee dealing with customers (both working the register and taking completed orders to customers) was wearing headphones the entire time and didn't remove them when talking to customers. I don't care if you have headphones in while cooking or doing the dishes, but it is rude to leave them in when dealing with customers. The tea was "out of order" and the soda machine was out of all non-diet flavors. When I asked the employee at the register if they were going to refill it, he said "no, I guess we're out of them". We had to ask for a missing kid's meal 3 times before we received it.
