I had one of the best customer service experiences at this Outback location! I had ordered delivery online and received someone else’s order. I was nervous to call and “complain” because I hate to make anyone feel bad for what was such a small mistake. The woman I spoke with over the phone was so quick to make it right and offered to have one of their employees re-deliver my order. She was so kind and got everything sorted out so quickly. I love this outback location. It’s close and convenient to uptown Charlotte. It’s always clean and the chef is on fire. The food perfectly seasoned and tender. My fickle pallet has never been disappointed. The servings are generous and delicious. I’ve visited inside with friends at the bar and curbside, the food of always perfect. ?

The gentleman who took care of our table and the lady who brought our food out and extra silverware were nice. All the food came out tasting good, but maybe it was just my taste buds, but I felt like the Caesar salad dressing was really spicy. That’s about the only way to describe it. Still, everything was wonderful and we enjoyed our experience.
