Had a great experience at Parkway House. My daughters and I ordered pasta which we all loved. However, my mom's chicken and dumplings were cold. Overall, had a great experience and would definitely visit again. The waiter was awesome and very friendly.

Very good home cooked food. The Mac and cheese was delicious almost like my mom's. And the fried chicken is worth the 15 or 20 min wait it shows on the menu. It was well worth it. The cornbread was a bit hard but that's the way some people eat it. I will definitely return. Oh and I got the banana Foster cake. So rich I could only it a little at a time. And I love that they make it with banana bread. Delicious ?

The food was bland, French toast just tasted like cooked bread. It was lifeless. The coffee was acceptable however the cream almost made it watered down. I had been there once before and the food was amazing so, it's a 50/50 chance. The eggs were decent I'd eat them again. Scrambled soft nothing added, the bacon was perfectly cooked. It was crisp and flavorful. Not chewy.

Love this place but the prices went up and the quality down. One of the few diners that had real butter. Now it's just cheap margarine but yet the prices went up. We cut back going there at least 50%.

I ate it because I bought it. Won’t go out my way to go back. This definitely not no soul food!! Can’t wait to get back to Atlanta! I saw one lady review who said, the older cooks must be gone. I believe it! Someone referred this restaurant, maybe because there aren’t too many choices in the area. I cook way better than this!! Was not worth $17! Should’ve only paid 7 bucks for that little plate!! MAC and cheese definitely wasn’t mackin. This restaurant need an old school black grandma to taste test everything before it goes out!! Felt like I was eating at an old folks home! NO SEASONING!
