Service is better at the Coltswald location. Maybe today wasn’t a good day for them but the manager and the lil lady making the food weren’t pleasant! If you plan to work in the public eye at least have a pleasant attitude when simple request are being asked!

The service at Piada was amazing. Shanelle treated my family so well and greeted us with a smile. She went above and beyond and made our deluxe Caesar salad soooo good. Piada has a variety of options to eat clean. Oh and their lemonade is very good! Thank you Shanelle you will always be remembered for the experience your provided!!

This review is overdue. My first time here was on Thursday, 03-16-23. I was picking up dinner from another restaurant, but this being an Italian spot caught my attention. I ordered a side of grass-fed meatballs, a cup of lobster bisque, a parmesan piada stick, and a salted caramel cookie. This order ended up being my dinner & the other order the next day's lunch.The staff was pleasant. I watched the orders of the customers ahead of me being prepared. I knew I'd be returning to try a salad. I enjoyed everything I ordered and have returned a few times since.

First time here and I watched the girl at the register give the customers in front of me STRAIGHT ATTITUDE! She was tossing down the utensils for the toppings back in the containers very hard as if she was irritated. She never smiled the entire time. On top of that I was appalled at the fact she and management thought sheer black tights would be perfect for a work environment. You can clearly tell she's purposely trying to show off her goodies the way I watched her flaunt around on her cell phone. The manager is a Caucasian guy I assume because he was doing all the work running around like a headless chicken, guess it doesn't have the balls to tell those kids to get off their phones and tend to the customers. He was courteous and professional but I'm still not visiting again. The wrap kept crumbling to pieces and its overpriced compared to the amount of food you receive. Nothing fancy about this place.
