They took my order over the phone. I arrived for pick up 20 minutes later and the restaurant was closed THREE hours early. Never order from here. Go to the Domino's or Papa John's down the street.

Can't say all of the employees are no good but the ones who answer the phone are totally disrespectful. And I'm thinking those the ones who Works the cash Register the Was that do answer the phone knows Not a bit of English.And get frustrated and hang up the phone it's totally disrespectful non unacceptable They give you what they wanna overall is great. They just do what they want. They have no respect for people customers at was. Who knows no english should work in the back Just my perspective and my experience from Ordering from them

Slack a*s service! Spent over $30, food was incorrect. Tried to call store 3Xs, I was left on hold Everytime. Looking at recent reviews left by customers, I see why no one came to the phone. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone. Worst customer service EVER. They put SHAME, to the Pizza Hut brand.

I got delivery and part of my order was missing while the rest was burned. If that wasn't bad enough since I ordered directly though the app so refunding wasn't an option. Either save your money or order through a 3rd party, to save yourself the headache.

I ordered a pizza fir delivery git my confirmation texts. 10 minutes before its suppose to be delivered I see "order canceled " call the store he tells me he doesn't know why it was canceled my pizza is made; wait 15 minutes & xall me back if it's not delivered. Call back after 20 minutes he tells me he needs to reorder & the price goes up $10 he can't explain so I got No Pizza

I use this location b/c it's close but never again each each time I go my order is wrong and last night was no different I go back and the manager seemed she was looking for a argument I just wanted my order corrected had to wait 30 more minutes but next time I want pizza I'm going to Freedom
This Pizza Hut should be shut down.. just received 2 pizza I know they seen how the pizza look how could they still let this go out the door. I wouldn't even feed this to my dog! Then they don't answer the phone.
I’ve been trying to get ahold of the store for about an hour. My mom placed an order for carry out by mistake. We are trying to call to see if we can either pay more to have it delivered or just a full refund due to us not being able to pick up. I’ve been sent to the call center(very rude people).

I just received part of my order. One of my pizzas didn’t have a topping on it. And my food was completely cold. They also never included my salad in the order. And refuse to answer the phone to give me back my refund. I will never recommend this Pizzahut to anyone. Very poor service?

I was charged $52 for my online order only to pull up to pick it up an they were closed at 9pm. And of course you can't talk to anyone because all there calls go to a call center.Responding to fake automated concern message from pizza hut I already sent everything requested in your response and received no follow up.
