I rarely leave reviews, but the experience I had was horrible. To see multiple workers go outside smoke and then come back to "misplace" my order was insane. I had to wait in the car after the drive thru then after waiting 15 minutes, go inside, and no one knows where my order is. This was the second and last time I will be going here. Both experiences were horrible. I'm a franchise owner and find this to be unacceptable if this location intends to remain open. I know good help is hard to find these days, but it starts from the top down.

Absolutely the worst experience! The drive-through might as well be a parking lot. Be prepared to wait!!! On top of that when you place your order they tell you, you still have to wait and to please park on the side. I honestly believe I'd receive my food faster if I drive to Albemarle location. Arrive time 6pm 48mins later still no service. I walked inside the building to see what the hold up was and was informed that they do not communicate to the staff to take more tenders out of freezer. I don't know if this review is going to do anything. Honestly the Worst experience I ever had. What adds insult to injury the manager walks out hands me an Apple pie and says sorry for the wait. What a joke !
Tried they new flavored wings and was disappointed in the so called "hot" flavors. Nothing about the signature hot and ghost pepper seasoning was hot. Not a hint or anything. I was really excited to try them but was let down big time.

This is by far the absolute worst Popeyes I have ever been to in my entire life. First off, the presentation was absolutely rancid and I had no straw or napkins in the bag. My fries were thrown down at the bottom of the bag. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich no mayonnaise and to my surprise, I open the bag and see MAYONNAISE oozing from my sandwich. As I deconstructed the sandwich, I see bones poking out. I ordered a CHICKEN SANDWICH and as a self proclaimed chicken sandwich connoisseur, I know that chicken sandwiches don’t have bones in them. The wait time is horrendous despite there being less than five cars there at a time. The costumer service was surprisingly ok this time around I will say. Concluding, save your money and invest it in a place where the food will ACTUALLY be worth it.
