“Service was slow and out of order. We ordered two basic drinks but yet the two teenage girls behind us got their two drinks and two orders of food beforeus. We had to go to the window so that they didn't skip us again. Maybe more training is needed.“

“We're transplants from Philly too. First few months we were down here we found you and the Rita's. My husband went in there yesterday and came out with the best pretzels I've had from ANY PPF location ever! You guys rock!! “The staff during the day are the BEST!! Ask for SiSi because you just KNOW the product will be fresh and all of the product available. If she doesn't have it ready, then she'll get it to you as quick as possible. The lines can get long during the weekends and you will likely have to wait but they all work as fast as possible. Remember that if you EVER don't like your product, bring it back to the manager on duty and they'll replace it and make it right. I was here earlier this year and it was a completely different vibe and leadership team. All new staff and you can really see the difference. If you didn't like coming here before like these other reviews, give it another try.“

“I decided to try this Auntie Anne’s again after a pretty bad experience I had here about 6 months ago (cold nuggets, bad attitudes) and I’m so glad I did. The nuggets were hot and fresh, the employee at the register was helpful, and the manager Lucas was so friendly and chatted with me while they were assembling my order. I don’t know what changes they made but I hope they keep them up, I’ll definitely be back again!“

“Best Stand to eat and drink. If you're in a hurry, don't stop. The youngsters are beginners, and customers should be patient. However, like anything beautiful, those with no patience or memories of ever being young and have forgotten how to laugh or smile can never really fully enjoy a place like Auntie Anne's! I really don't like big malls. However, Auntie Anne's is worth the trip. I'm hoping they build one outside the mall ? not sure how anyone could give less than the stars and reviews that are deserved. But again, sourpuss is as sourpuss does. Strawberry Lemonade is the BEST!!!“
