The food is beyond amazing. I ordered pilourrie and chicken fried rice—i felt like I was back in queens NY with the taste. I plan on coming back and tellingn my family about this place. Ive been waiting for a guyanese/trini place like this for a long time!

I ordered delivery , I had the fried rice. Legit was mad oily and had no flavor. The doubles were horrible , the chana was really hard and the pepper felt like it was missing something. 4$ for some doubles though that were mediocre. I’m from Richmond hill queens New York , it’s home to little guayana lol. But Trini and Guyanese people stay in Richmond hill. and know what good doubles does taste like and this was not it.

YES THE SKETCHY GRAY BUILDING THAT LOOKS LIKE ITS ONLY FOR UBER EATS N DOORDASH! You can order inside lol. Very worth the experience. The building was pleasant actually. Food is literally FIRE (spicey as heck-which I asked for, and still piping hot even though my home was 25 minutes away from the location). I WILL BE COMING BACK IM SO EXCITED

Came for the doubles and left a loyal customer. At first we had a hard time figuring out where to enter because there really isn't a sign for the restaurant. Trust me when I say that it is worth going into that cold gray building that looks a bit sketchy. Ordering off the screen was different but I knew what I wanted and I was not disappointed. What really took the restaurant over the top was that as we were sitting in their outdoor seating, (no indoor seating available) we were greeted by one of the chefs/owners who came out to check on us and make sure everything was what we wanted. Honestly given the concept, I didn't realize that this customer service was the only thing that I was missing. We will definitely be back to try some roti and see how they measure up to my mother's. Don't tell her, but the doubles here definitely surpassed. Only thing would be that slight pepper was more like medium so if you are sensitive, stay away from the mango and stick to the tamarind.
