First time here with a friend for lunch. We sat near the window that's hot. Together with spicy food, we were sweating. Only when I asked to turn the ceiling fans on, the ventilation was better. We chose simply green curry beef with rice & vietnamese beef Pho with an order to spring rolls. Since the foods were spicy together with the hot food, hot place, I didn't taste anything. Just lunch. Can't say they were good but just ok. When we left, I felt inside was so much cooler. So, during daytime, sit inside but not near the window or they might call outside.

I stop here at least once a week. This place has the BEST green curry in Charlotte. The staff are extremely friendly and always provide great service. Some of my favorite items include the Thai green curry, shrimp mango curry, bang bang shrimp, Thai chili wings and the Tom kha soup. You cannot go wrong here!!

Super disappointed since I love Thai food and this is close to where I live. The pad see ew was kind of bland. I took leftovers home and it ended up in the trash. The shrimp I'd had added didn't smell or taste fresh. My friend had what was supposed to be pad Thai. It was tomato-ey and tasted more like sriracha than the typical tamarind flavor. She sent it back - strangely enough, the server didn't seem shocked that it wasn't good. The spring rolls were fresh and crispy.

Rai Lay Asian Bistro has quickly become my new favorite restaurant for Asian cuisine in the neighborhood. The food is always flavorful and fresh, with standout dishes plus the exquisite sushi and the must-try Thai wings. Never a moment's wait for seating, and the drinks, especially the ginger limeade, are consistently refreshing and well-crafted.The customer service at Rai Lay is second to none, with pleasant and attentive servers who ensure the dining experience is always top-notch. I've had the pleasure of being served by Tiffany on multiple occasions, who strikes the perfect balance between friendly and professional, making us feel taken care of without ever compromising on her excellent service. Despite the speedy service, I never feel rushed to finish my meal, allowing for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. The combination of delicious food and unparalleled service keeps us coming back to Rai Lay Asian Bistro week after week, sometimes even twice! It's a testament to not only my love for Asian cuisine but also the exceptional quality that Rai Lay consistently delivers.

Amazing food! So tasty and always so consistent, my fav is the Khao Soi so much flavor, I’ve have also tried the Mongolian chicke, the green curry and sushi all really good! Great staff, especially Tiffany who is exceptional! Every time we go it’s super easy to order with her, she goes out of her way to make sure we are happy with our food and if we need anything throughout the meal! The manager there is also truly a top guy, hard working and again makes our family feel welcome everytime we go! Definitely recommend going here if you want great service and great Thai food!

I didn't like it. Food is too sweet. Made my stomach hurt. I wasn't used to it i guess. I got it mixed up with Chinese food.
Great food, decent pricing, but insanely weird hours of operation. It’s hard to go, because you assume they would have halfway normal hours…but nope.

Sushi selection wasn't great all shrimp tempura. Soup was amazing though. Saw our waitress twice. Not very attentive. Would have ordered another wine if she was around to ask if I needed anything. Atmosphere was likened to a cheap Chinese
