The food and service were great! The restaurant was very busy (Unexpectedly, I think), but the service was good and they sent a couple complimentary desserts home with us for the extra wait time we had. Love Ruth's Chris and the Charlotte location is one of the better ones!

I'm very pleased that the Ruth's Chris steakhouse in Uptown Charlotte is, once again, open for lunch. My filet was excellent: this is a given at Ruth's Chris. I received absolutely first-rate service from Phillip. His attention to detail added to an already great dining experience. I'm glad I chose to have lunch at Ruth's Chris in Uptown Charlotte today. I will be returning soon!

My wife and I went and celebrated my birthday. Our server Philip was amazing and attentive with excellent information about the specials and everything else. I had a Chocolate Old Fashion for a starter cocktail and it was super smooth and delicious. We had the crab stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer they were succulent and tasty. I ordered the 22oz bone in cowboy ribeye and my wife got the classic filet and we both got them oscar style. We got the au gratin potatoes and broccoli to share. We have never had a bad experience here and when our daughter visits from Japan in October we will be bringing her.

The atmosphere is very comfortable inside. There is plenty of parking nearby, including valet. No caps allowed inside. The food was incredibly delicious. I enjoyed the way food was served in order with appetizers, main meals, and desert.
Celebrating our anniversary my fiancé and I had the lamb chops, salmon Oscar style with side choices of mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. It was a nice romantic dinner and the server helped us pick our wine for the night which paired very well with our meal. We don’t typically eat out at steakhouses because we are not big fans of red meat, but the other options outside of steak were delicious.

Took my boyfriend here for his birthday & i must say we had a good time. I did reservations, checked in & only wait for about 30 seconds & our table was ready. Food & drinks were A1. I had the stuff chicken breast, he had the ribeye with shrimp. Drinks i had the strawberry cocktail, he had a shot of tequila. Tab was $200+ but the food, drinks, vibe was all worth it. Will be back & our waitress was Phillip & he made sure we understood the menu, drinks & items that were off the menu.

Anastasia was a sweet med student working literally all day long! She was knowledgeable about the menu attentive and made sure we enjoyed our meal! We were not happy with the sprouts and was nice enough to comp us not enjoying them. Nice date night chicken was amazing steak was so rich and tender. I’ve had the worst experience at this restaurant! Walking into the establishment and checking in at the front desk I noticed 5 to 6 unprofessional. “teenagers”! They were all young and obviously wasn’t properly trained on how to greet your guest upon arriving. I’ve dined at this restaurant many many times and I’m always dressed classy! Just so happen this young lady told me this is a business attire atmosphere and I needed to pull down my shirt. First off!! You don’t ever embarrass your customers like that! I’m not a child! I’m older than you! I knew she was out of line & I felt very embarrassed. As me and my fiancé was seated the rage shot through me… I saw endless people coming in with jeans!!! Shoes!! T Shirts!! Hell I think I even seen a family with jeans shoes and a bubble vest!! Women and men!! Basic, country, & sporty! But this is a business attire establishment lol ok…. I can’t wait to tell my colleagues, business partners, family and friends of how much of a joke this is & to spend your money elsewhere if you got any kind of cute classy style like me. I felt like I was being discriminated for sure!! Then she tried to put us in the back where the kitchen was when there’re were open tables near the front available. Management needs to check these kids at the front desk that are managing you’re establishment and properly teach them how to manage the front desk.. your dealing with upscale customers here that are ready to spend money but your kids at the front desk lost good customers. Remember people are paying for the ambiance and the experience!! And she ruined that for me.

We went to Ruth's Chris in Uptown Charlotte tonight & it was PHENOMENAL. The service was 5 stars alone. Our waitress, Olivia, was outstanding & made our experience feel so personal! We started with their calamari & it was incredible. We would go back again just for that alone! Our drinks were great too! I got the Wild Berry Lemonade & my husband got the Irish wristwatch! I am not a drinker but mine was so good! He's big on different whiskeys & he said he loved his drink! Our dinner was absolutely delicious as well! What a great way to spend our anniversary! We will definitely be back again! ?
