I try to order Sal’s at least once a month because it’s become my favorite pizza spot in Charlotte. My favorites are the large Chicken Parm Pizza and the large thick crust Sicilian with pepperoni (with added hot honey at home). The Caesar salad is always fresh and a perfect compliment to both pizzas.

Chicken tenders are good.Garlic bread is decentPizza could be good but way too many toppings. You can't even pick up the slice because it flops over. Forced to eat it with a fork and knife..... Not a pizza at that pointI did a pick up order. Service interaction was good.

After supporting your business since you opened I’ve been disappointed too many times to continue to do so.
But here’s the nail in the coffin. I ordered delivery at 7:29pm. Then 8-minutes later someone calls from their cell phone leaving a voicemail that they are out of GF crusts. I didn’t answer because it’s some random phone number not the one I saved in my phone for the last few years as “Sal’s Pizza Factory.”
I call the number back no one answers and I don’t think anything of it because it’s some random number.
We call the store back and the girl says that the delivery is on the way. 30 more minutes go by. Nothing….
We call again and that’s when they tell us about the voicemail from (704) 919-1608. I didn’t notice it. Why would you call from some random phone number? Every time your order sucks call that number. They probably won’t apologize.
Poor recovery, no apology, and they charge way too much anyway. I’m done with them and I recommend my large family who all has families of their own is too. Your customer service sucks and the quality isn’t the same. We’ve been huge supporters but time and time again you’ve disappointed the last few months.
I don’t want anything other than my old go to pizza joint back. Damage is done. We ordered dominos. At least I know it’ll come within 2-hours.

Another 30 mins go by (now 2 hours) and the new phone person said that they didn’t have part of our order and did we want a refund????? Bad service and will not be ordering here anymore.

We were up for a tournament for our son's hockey team and needed a place that was still open around 8:00 that we could pick up quickly and bring back to the hotel. This place did not disappoint at all. The staff was very friendly and very relatable The food was absolutely amazing and I would definitely stop in again if we were ever up that way. It also is amazing that they're from New Jersey!!
