If you are going to have a place of business then be open when ur suppose to be. Clearly says 11-9 on the front door and there is workers here. If there's an issue it needs to be posted. 2nd time I've been to a salsaritas and this had happened. Will never be back. I'll stick with Moe's service is better anyways.

A very nice place to eat ... very nice service, and very nice atmoshere. I gave 4 stars for the food due to the lack of Mexican flavor in the food. I probably didn't pick the proper ingredients so as to highlight Mexican flavor. So ... it was probably my fault.

Not welcoming. They don't accept online orders. They charge for guacamole on a veggie. Sometimes, the veggies don't look as fresh as they should. I've actually stopped attending this location.

They are nickel and diming customers now. There was this one guy with a scarf around this neck and a bandana covering his head. The other employee was a younger girl. Both of them were a problem. I ordered the veggie nachos and I asked for medium and hot salsa. During checkout they charged extra for the salsa. I ask them why and they said you can only get 1 of the salsas. We told them this has never been the case before (we've been eating at Salsarita's for over 15 years at many different locations). The girl says it's always been like that, which is an obvious lie as that has never happened to us at any of the Charlotte locations and we've even eaten at the Knoxville, TN location. They were both adamant that that is the company policy. Second, the amount of chips he put in the tray was noticeably less than the usual for the nachos. Usually they fill up the tray, but this time the chips were neatly centered in the tray with not a single chip on the side of the tray. And to top it all off the food tasted very bland. I will never go to this location again. We used to go to this location even though there is a Salsarita's closer to our home. I will be reporting them to corporate.

General Manager needs to either be fired or be sent to a customer service training class. She always has a nasty attitude and never greets anyone. Also charged me for getting a 2 oz side when I have never been charged for a 2oz side before. The inside looks pretty bare as well maybe even signs of possible closing? Your customers are what keep you in business.

The little GM is the worst. She's rude, arrogant, and a snob. Then with her stuck up face told me the owner wouldn't hear my complaints because they were a franchise. She had absolutely NO customer service skills.
I was in the establishment the other day and witnessed a supposed "manager" treat a customer very poorly and it shocked me so much i had to write a review about another customers experience. the manager Isabella was helping a customer that was having some type of issue. the women left very upset and I asked her about her experience before she managed to leave. she said " Isabella refused to help her with her problem and only kept giving her the cooperate help number even though she mentioned that she kept repeating that the store was franchise owned. the customer mentioned that Isabella kept saying that I am the assistant manager and that she could not do anything to help her. she stressed that she was not empathetic and did not try to solve the problem at all." empathy is a very important trait to have, especially working in the food industry. having anyone on your team let alone a "assistant manager" who lacks empathy is going to do nothing positive for your establishment. I have stopped coming here recently because I noticed the food quality is declining but the almost "cocky" mentality of the management here is the nail in the coffin.EDIT: The response is just a copy and paste response that you tend to post on the negative reviews.

Food was great. Love their queso. They also have bottled Coca Cola from Mexico - and yes there is a difference in taste to Coke bottled in the US. Their chips are very light compared to others.

I visited here yesterday on 10/13 & it was at night, And as soon as i came in the lady gave me nasty looks...and i felt she didnt want to give me service, she was rude, i was explaining what i wanted and her reply was like (WHAT) real nasty, And i ask her did they have any limes and she brushed me off, Then a young guy rung me up and i asked him for a lime and his answer was short like we dont have none...and my meal wasnt cheap...They was giving racist vibes...why should i continue to spend money here when people act like they are racist, because of a person's skin color!!!! SO SAD!!!

Food was decent, just out of some toppings that would have made my Quesorito a bit better. The guy that served us was excellent, loved his spirit and enthusiasm. Restaurant was clean and fairly empty when we got there, so there were plenty of options for seating. I did not take photos because I was hangry!
