I've had one good experience here. The last two times were not so great. The people who work there always seem annoyed and upset. 1st bad experience my food was very dry. The last experience my bag of chips had a French fry in it which is very confusing. I didn't realize it until I was almost done with my burrito bowl. I got sick afterwards and I going to assume I was given bad food. I will not visit this location ever again.
Food was decent, could have been better, but the service/hospitality was TRASH! There was no greeting upon entry, in order to have our order taken we just had to start telling the person what we wanted, no "what can I get for you" or anything. As I was ordering the person makes a comment to her coworker about how the rice I asked for looked but didn't elaborate and also didn't say to me the paying customer, "this looks a little off can I suggest one of the other rice options" something! I haven't been to this location in a while but I probably won't be back for another while lol. Also look at this clump of chips my husband found in his bag.

It was an adventure coming to just to take queso and chips… walked hear someone in the back they did say anything… waited then someone was by the table putting down their apron! and didn’t acknowledge us!!

Had a coupon for a free burrito so stopped in on my lunch break. It was empty except for one other customer. Place was clean and staff friendly but the flavor fell flat for me. I was expecting a power punch of flavor but sadly that wasn't the case. I got the ground beef with cilantro rice and various other toppings. I was very excited to bite into it just to be let down. But hey the meal was free so I'll take it.

Great pork bowls! Very similar to Moes but better because they have pork! I would absolutely order again and I hope they expand to Virginia!

Staff constantly plays loud music in the parking lot disturbing all the residents here. One man in particular with the red sedan will sit outside and blast music loud enough to rattle the windows. Ask him to turn it down and he doesn’t he just comes back the next day and does it all over again. Please tell your staff to be mindful of the people that live here.

I’ve been patronizing this Salsarita’s since 2006, but never again. I door dashed from them and I live at least 15-20 minutes away, but it’s the closest salsarita’s that delivers. They brought me the wrong drink. I called them (at 8:29 pm Jan. 4, 2023)and this young, rude, attitudinal, girl answered the phone and told me it wasn’t her fault and that door dash ppl fix the drinks and she hung up one me. I called right back and she answered. I asked her to please don’t be rude and don’t hang up on me and to please be professional. Again, she said it was the door dash person, not them. I called the door dasher and he said he was sorry and that he didn’t fix my drink and said the cashier handed him my drink, so I was hearing two different things. I called the door dash office and I was toldDoor dashers don’t fix the drinks. So whoever you have working the register and answering the phones in 1/4/24 at 8:29 pm, please train them in customer service. Do better!!
Ordered the Taco Bar for my Christmas Eve family gathering for pickup. When I arrived the food was ready! The on-site service was excellent & everything was exactly as it had been described by Tenisha my Salsaritas assistant for their catered services who was thorough, knowledgeable & answered all my questions.My family enjoyed it all so much that it was suggested we might start it as a yearly tradition.

Went by there on 12/28 around 730! Worst attitude by the manager at night ever! The other employees were nice but I wanted to order a kids meal with the chips on the side due to my kid being autistic and doesn't like their food touching but I was told no. Will not return.

We order takeout several times from Salsarita's, usual for Taco Tuesday dinner night. Depending on time, the food (looks dried out or not rotated ie beef) and the service (shift change over) is less friendly.Perhaps adjusting shift starting time or at least more focus on food rotation (refresh during key periods)

We've come to this location many times and have always been greeted upon entering but tonight was not the same. Not sure if they were new employees but the service tonight wasn't pleasant. Finally one of employees had greeted us and trying to make up for the lack of service from the other workers. One of them were standing there with her arms crossed. The other two were having their own conversation. I love coming here but didn't appreciate the service at all. Definitely not pleased!!! 1 out of 5 stars. Customer service still exists even if you don't want to be at work today. You guys need to do better!!!
I have gone to that Salsarita's since I been living on this side of town. I never felt so discriminated against until that night!....The man serving me acted as if he didn't want to take my order. He NEVER made eye contact with me. NEVER greeted me just asked "can I help you" I told him the order would be tedious and began telling him how I wanted it. I guess he didn't like that and started getting very snappy, sucking his teeth and rolling his eyes. He didn't know I was watching his actions the whole time!....I left and don't think I will be going back there
