I never write bad reviews, but this was unacceptable. Me and my boyfriend went here for lunch and decided to get a Stromboli. Well first we walked up and they were playing music that had cuss words in it (there’s kids all around). I don’t care about the music it’s just we’re in a public area with children around and you should have some respect. Then I see a guy literally standing in a corner on his cell phone the entire time, then there was a girl that looked lost and didn’t know what was going on, it looked like she was trying to do everything on her own because the other two didn’t really do anything. It took almost 10 minutes to for one of them to realize we were ready to order. We asked for 2 Stromboli's and so then they heated them up, we sat down an ate. Well of course both mine and my boyfriends were so cold it tasted terrible. I didn’t even bother going back up there because we agreed to just never come back. This place looked good and seem to have good looking food but we had issues with it multiple times. A month ago we came and there was nobody to be found for like 15 minutes. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They need to do better!!!!!

I couldn't believe the restaurant had an 88 for their grade. After looking around I asked for my money back and the man got an attitude. And he didn't want to. I never touched the food after seeing the grade and seeing how nasty the stand looked. It should be shut down!!!!!!!

The worst. We arrived and ordered a slice of pizza, and a dog combo. We received almost immediately the slice of pizza, and the drink. I’ve waited for more than 30 minutes to receive the rest, and I was watching people beside me getting their order when they just arrived. I had no explications, no excuses. When the rest arrived, my slice of pizza was cold. The kitchen was also disgusting with a lot of things on the floor, which I would not have mind if the employees were nice enough to care about their customers and to be just nice.Do not go there.

Got a quick slice of grease-I meant pizza that I couldn’t eat. The girl taking my order never moved off her stool or her phone. I had to ask for my receipt 3 times and finally reached over and got it myself. She was so into her phone she paid no attention to me at all. But she’ll tell her manager she didn’t hear me and nothing will ever be done. I was close enough to get my own receipt so she just didn’t care. Where has customer service gone? I would work myself before I hired employees like this!!

Much better experience today then when I was here last time, was immediately greeted, food was fast but fresh and everything was in the order and was even guided on where to find things, made a much better turn around than the last time I visited, hopefully the service stays this way.

Bad experience, only ate here because it was the only place in the outlets that I like for food. Staff was super lazy and did not greet guests. I was standing there for over 5 minutes waiting only to see a guy off to the side, I literally thought nobody was working and almost walked away, then they said they didn't have any bread sticks for the combo and still charged me as if they did. Then the pizza was soggy and cold. I understand this is a mall and mall food isn't the best but seriously?

I believe the Sbarro & Nathan's have the same owner and he is a fellow New Yorker. We talked about how wonderful Charlotte is. The food was really good, the workers were really nice and I do recommend these restaurants.

They advertise food differently on menu than what you get. Nathan’s famous which is with sharp combined “Large cheese fries” are $5 and you literally get maybe 10 fries in total ?. Rude and disrespectful also asked for a pizza to be made and was told no because someone before us paid and never came and picked up their pizza so our only option was to buy the already made one that was just sitting there. A joke !

Out on the water this afternoon, swung by the outlets on the way home- had a slice of pizza on my mind. Is there any worse craving to have and not get satisfied?- I feel like there’s not. Anyway- 5:15 on a beautiful Saturday night- and I get to the front of the line: “sorry we just closed”. I was like umm the outlets are open till 9. “We just ran out of pizza for the night.” Like what the heck is going on in the world right now- is this the type of Franchise ownership we have to just get used to these days? I know it’s just a slice of pizza, but what the heck. It’s the principle. Absolutely ridiculous, “we just closed” 5:15 on a Saturday night. Missed out on a bunch of revenue because of lazy workers and poor management. Shame.

Gave our order to someone else, who then came back and rummaged through their actual order when it came up. The staff then tried to give us the leftovers from what the guy hand been handling. Waited for about 45 minutes just to walk away from 2 hotdogs and some chicken tenders that has been handled by stranger that walked up.
