My first time at this location was on Tuesday, 03-12-24. I received an email about the promo for a free SmokeShack with a $10 purchase. I ordered the SmokeShack, kimchi fries, root beer, & yuzu lemonade. I liked the kimchi seasoning on the fries; the sauce, not so much. The SmokeShack had an unexpected kick of spice/heat which I liked.The service at this location was much better than Woodlawn; the employees seemed more organized. There was a good, chill vibe while I waited for my order which didn't take long. I was able to watch a little basketball. They're a little pricey for burgers & fries to me, but I'd definitely return to this location for a splurge.

this place was conveniently located and the food was tasty. the reason i did not give it 5 stars was the burger was super small..drinks were 4$ a piece and everything is electronic now, no human interaction except to bring you your food...

We came in on Saturday evening -- my husband, my daughter, our friends, their two children, and I. It was obviously a busy night and I had ordered a veggie patty on my burger. A young man came out to let my husband know they were 86'd and my response came out far more panicked (and possibly louder) than I'd anticipated along the lines of "but then there's nothing I can eat!"What neither he nor the rest of the room I most assuredly embarrassed myself in front of knew was that I was on the verge of passing out and while my poor blood sugar planning was not the fault of anyone in there aside from myself, my tone may have implied otherwise. This was surely a perceived death sentence from where I was standing.This delightful human who was burdened with being the bearer of bad news took it all in compassionate stride. He refunded my burger and gave me not one, but two trays of fries -- one of which was covered in cheese and as we all know perfect crinkle cut fries and cheese do indeed make everything better.My entire party finished all of our food (a rare feat with 3 children under 6), I was restored to a functional person, and crisis was averted.If I knew his name, I'd thank him directly. I hope this review finds its way to him with a heartfelt thank you paired with an apology for my tone.

Good food and shakes. Nice walkable area with outside seating as well.Parking: Somewhat difficult to find parking but when you do it’s easily walkable to this place and other things nearby.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly eatery with burgers, shakes and chicken sandwiches.

Absolutely Pathetic. Third time in a row that order has been wrong. No offer of a refund. when I called the manager tried to tell me that I'm ordering wrong.... I wanted a double hamburger with no cheese pickle only.... how is it my fault if they put cheese on it? I order a double shack with no tomato, how is it my fault that i ordered it wrong when they put tomato on it. $60 x 3 visits. all wrong.... Who pays for that? me, that's who. Because the manager apparently doesn't know how to train or manage their people. While I was there picking up my food she was just standing around talking to another employee about how she miscounted and gave brinks $350 back as change on accident... Great Manager.... South End Store...

I’m a shake shack fan. The Chicken Shack is my favorite, the Shack Burger is second. Always seems a bit understaffed and doesn’t have quite the same atmosphere as the others here.
Everything is delicious, but the water is just terrible, I felt sick for a very long time, you can get poisoned, be careful.

I agree with my fellow Yelpers - this is really an amazing Shake Shack - Modeled after the original ones in New York. Burger was excellent - absolutely delicious and made to order. I visiting late this afternoon - Tuesday; - 23 January 2024; - Special shout out to the Manager who provided me with tremendously friendly service and kept me abreast of when my order was going to pop out. He even offered me a refill on my Root Beer which was a very kind gesture. Despite - being so busy, and what seems like a location overwhelmed with Uber Eats/Door Dash Orders - Employee Team is extremely efficient and calm and it's really cool to watch everyone deliver things so chill. Restaurant was extremely clean and calm. No "Knuckle Heads" hanging out - causing trouble. - Looking forward to returning and great work by the Manager - Excellent Leadership! - Witnessed him being so kind and motivating to his employees and consider to us customers.

I was doing a DoorDash and told the gentleman behind the counter that I never get a chance to try their food because I'm always picking up food and delivering it. So he suggested call in in advance when I'm DoirDashing again. Well I decided to go there yesterday with my husband and we ordered and sat in my car and enjoyed every bite. My husband had the smokedshack burger and sprite and I had the dog with bacon and a strawberry shake and I wanted more but I'll be returning back.
