The fries were stinking of overused oil, burger was okay but the worst part was the service. The girl who served us for a take out order was looking sick with cold and a runny nose, she touched her nostrils, wore gloves, handled food .....pulling up her sleeves and touching food again not to forget that she sneezed loudly over the bags and whatever without covering her mouth and infected everything.....and I am very sick now!

Changing my review from 5 stars to 2.Used to like their food but it's getting greasy, the chicken patties are much smaller, and they've been messing up my order. Just ordered a Chicken Shack with a slice of cheese added. They added the cheese but took everything else that comes with the sandwich off so now it's just a chicken patty with cheese on it.Avoiding this place for a while...

I found both burgers overly salty and greasy. The Korean BBQ burger was especially disappointing, as it seemed to be missing a fresh scallions on both occasions. I wouldn't recommend it.While the Shake burger used to be a favorite of mine, this experience has left me uncertain. I'm not sure if it's just this location or if Shake Shack's overall quality and service have declined, but my visit to the Blakeney location was disappointing.
