Was visiting from out of town and ran across this restaurant. Went through the drive thru and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of food, taste, and quality. Ordered the flounder and shrimp and also the classic chicken pita (not pictured). Highly recommend.

If we could give a ZERO, we would. Seems EVERY time we order food SOMETHING IS WRONG. There is food missing or the food is WRONG. We call and tell them and are told "sorry about that do you want to come back"? WELL, NO we are trying to sit down to have dinner! My husband recently went all the way back to pickup 2 orders of fries that we didn't get. I spoke with the manager Ryan and all he said was "sorry do you want to come back"? I asked to speak to someone who could do something about this pathetic situation and he said there was NO ONE AT ALL TO SPEAK WITH. he said I could go to the website and fill something out that would be seen by someone over him! WRONG WRONG WRONG. I'D love to know where this is BECAUSE THIS SHOWMARS DEFINITELY NEEDS HELP AND CORRECTION. THIS SHOWMARS IS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE. MY HUSBAND ASKED FOR BAR B QUE SAUSE AND THEY GAVE HIM RANCH DRESSING, this was after totally messing up our previous order!!! PLEASE, ARE THESE EMPLOYEES THAT DENSE OR DID THEY DO THIS ON PURPOSE??????A MANAGER OR REGIONAL MANAGER OR SOMEONE BESIDES RYAN NEEDS TO GET INVOLDVED BECAUSE THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR HAS GONE ON FOR AT LEAST 2 YEARS!!!! WE ARE BEING TOLD, "OH WE'RE SORRY, WOULD YOU LIKE TO COME BACK!!!! NO WE BELIEVE THIS BEHAVIOR SHOULD BE RECTIFIED!

Cold fries every time and food is prepared ahead of time. I keep thinking the food will get better. This is my 4th time eating at Showmars this year. Ordered my food and sat down. Less than one minute later my food comes out. The fries are always cold. My burger was so thin I could barely see it. Never again.
