We’ve called in to place an order for dine-in as it was almost the closing time. They helped us place an order for dine-in and by the time we reached the order was ready. I loved the Thai basil fried rice with chicken and sticky rice with mango. Had a wonderful conversation with one of their staff LP( that’s her name) who was very welcoming.
Placed an order on their website and went inside when the status updated to ready. Go inside and they've never heard of me and have no record of my order, and the woman chastised me for placing an online order instead of calling.

It has been hard to find good restaurants since we moved to SC. We found Siam Garden on the way home from church. It is a step up from many of the restaurants we've visited in the area.The food was good. I've had better Pad Thai, but it wasn't bad. My husband enjoyed his food.We will return.

This place used to be better, but is now very disappointing. Overpriced, overcooked, and small portions. There are too many good Asian restaurants around to settle for this.

Ordered online, went to pickup, was never greeted or asked why I was there. Other people who ordered online was waiting there for over an hour & wasn’t greeted either. I called Doordash to cancel my online order, and so did the others. Was a repeat customer, but after this experience and similar poor experience the visit prior, I’ll never step foot back in this restaurant. Their service seems prejudiced, I’ll leave it at that.

Ordered food online & when I walked in to pick up my order…I said hello & the lady instantly told me to wait while she continued to sweep near the register so then other customers walked in the store & she assisted them first. Then when I said hey ma’am she yelled & said honey I told you to wait I said you never asked how could you help me! You don’t even know what I’m here for…then she said what are you here for? I said I have an online order & I gave her my name…then she said okay I’ll tell them now… I waited over 20mins in that store for an online order and I received poor customer service. I will not be returning!

I ordered the Hot Pot seafood. I enjoy Asian food and am always looking for a hidden spot. Siam Garden, is on top of my list. The flavor of the soup broth was one of a kind. Chicken and vegetables had the grill flavor.? The food was perfect.? all around for Thai food well worth it. The service was also good. Friendly like family. Thank you??
