I used to really like this plc when I come into town BUT today totally lame! The bartender ( young lady) seemed annoyed and never checked on us. My skinny marg was terrible. Normally they make great drinks w their yummy colored salted rim. Mine tasted like orange juice with salt. Shrimp taco was yummy. Pork was blah. Won’t be back anytime soon.

My last couple of visits have been disappointing to say the least. I don’t know what happens but staff specially servers seems sluggish and take super long to take your order, heck even drinks take forever. Also, how do you mess up a simple chips and guac order? Serving old soggy chips, with no sense of remorse. I will avoid coming to this place, its a waste of time and money, another good business ruined by bad management!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this place on taco Tuesday where Orbin, the manager, truly made the experience unforgettable. Despite being crowded and evidently short-staffed, Orbin's exceptional customer service did not falter.Orbin suggested the signature brownie, which was absolutely divine. It was moist, and with just the right amount of sweetness, it's easily the best brownie I've ever had.In a world where customer service can often feel rushed or impersonal, Orbin's approach was a breath of fresh air.Thank you! I'll be back!

So I attempted to go to this place with my home girlIt was a group of 6 checking in with the host she said 40 min inside was the wait and 20 min wait outside.She took our info she said the same time even though we saw so many tables for 2 so we asked can we also go to the bar .She said yes and then said or u can go next door (she didn’t offer anyone else this option)We went to the bathroom and came bck the table of 6 was being seated. I asked for the manager cause we aren’t a Mexican spot to eat and drink and u are referring me to the sports bar I walked by to walk into this restaurant.Literally 2 seconds later she was calling to tell me my table was ready !! So much for 40 min and all those empty tables .Dont wanna say she was racist but we where the only people she offered to go next door and the only blacks in there!!!!

Our waitresses was amazing our food wasn’t my chicken didn’t wasn’t cooked all the way through, the fish had no flavor and very fishy I’m not sure if it was cleaned. I got the chicken fajitas I ask if any pork came with that and my waitresses replied no I didn’t finish so I got it to go when I went to warm it up later it was pork mixed with it. I can’t have pork at all!!! It wasn’t the waitress fault but it was not crowed at all maybe 15 people at the most

The service was quick..We got their signature margaritas and they were deliciousThe avocado tacos, chicken fajitas were delicious ..must try is their spicy salsa, so yummy..Definitely plan on coming back when the weather is not raining and warmer

It has a great vibe for drinks, late night snack, night cap, Saturday lunch and pregame spot.Margaritas and tacos is what I think of when you come here! ?Rarely need a reservation which is great. Plenty of space. Great patio area and walkable to other parts of south end( which always has something going on) it's a dog friendly place on the patio.Food- average. If you are looking for a quick bite that is affordable and casual ?Parking- there has been a lot of construction on south Blvd ( one of the busiest roads in Charlott in my opinion) so the parking lot will sneak up on you. But there is a shared parking lot with Mac Speed shop that's free. Limited space.Parking: Not many parking spots in the parking lot so may have to park on the street.

Been here twice and had a similar experience both times. The food and drinks are great, but both times the servers made us feel very rushed. Both times they tried to clear plates we were actively eating off of and one time our server even told us he was trying to get cut and go home. Although I enjoy the food and atmosphere and enjoy finding a restaurant in southend that actually has decent parking, I’m not sure I would recommend it to others or go back again.
