Woman working the pickup order station was rude and unprofessional. There were several people waiting on orders and she barked out in an unfriendly/angry voice “ if your order isn’t there, it’s not ready”. When she put the drinks down she didn’t call out the name of the order. The cups were turned around with the stickers facing away so every time people approached to look for their orders, they had to pickup and rotate the cups around to see the names. I waited and waited and finally asked another young man who was working in the same area, if they had an order for my name (I wasn’t about to ask her as I was afraid of her response). Well apparently they had missed my order -he said “someone must have snatched it.” Then he made my drink and I was finally on my way. So I’m glad I asked. A friendlier deme

This is the third time I come to this place and they never get my order right. Never coming back to this location.
We just sat at this Starbucks enjoying our oat milk lattes which we purchased using the app. After finishing our lattes we asked for a free refill of regular coffee to which the barista replied no. You cannot have a regular coffee for free after ordering a more expensive drink. He wouldn’t give us our free refill. As a policy, Starbucks allows a free refill of ice, hot, cold brew or tea if you are on the property while you have your first drink. Regardless of the first drink type. Can’t believe this employee didn’t know what he was talking about and didn’t offer to give us our free refill.

Great baristas. Clean location. Parking available although sitting is a busy area. Next to the mall on Park Road so a good stop for coffee before/after you drain your $$$ at the mall.Hygienic restrooms as always.

Will not take bills over 20.00 . I wish they would post a sign stating that they don't. I had to go get change because I was picking up a case of sandwiches that cost $$$ for someone who gave me all 50s
